Really good bands, lightweight with great tension. Colours are great, really good size. The only issue is they roll up, however they're still great to use.I had a spinal cord compression and can't do a lot of exercise, but after loosing a considerable amount of weight I need to tone up. These bands are working as expected.

Nice set of bands but after 5months the black XX heavy band has snapped on me. thought they would have lasted longer.

I use these resistance bands mainly for toning and I absolutely love them. What’s great is that they come in different weights so I can adjust my workout depending on how I’m feeling that day. Some days I go lighter and other days I push myself a bit more.I’m not really a gym person so having something I can use at home, in my own space, has been a huge help. They’ve made me feel more confident about moving my body and I’ve actually been using them nearly every day.They come with a handy little pouch too which makes them easy to store or take with you if needed. There are loads of videos online showing how to use them properly, so it’s been easy to follow along and build a little routine.Highly recommend if you want to tone up at home without needing loads of equipment. Arrived very quickly. Well packed. Useful for stretching exercises, with a good range stretches possible. Easy to use.
