I think the pill is fine to me. I think it’s pretty effective. Noticed less bloating & less stomach noises. It comes in a clear kind of capsule thing but u can open it and throw the powder out into water and just drink it like that. That’s what I do. Orrr u could just take it with the capsule on.( the clear capsule is made of gelatine not plastic) It doesn’t have a bitter taste unlike other pills which I’m soooo thankful for. It actually tastes kind of sweet and has a sweet smell.

I'm not sure if this needs to be refrigerated or not after opening. I can't find anything that says one way or another. If this contains what they claim, and its shelf stable, I would say it's a five star

Not sure why no one is talking about the fact that it contains carrageenan which is known to cause issues in the gut. This is counterproductive to taking a probiotic. Bummed I didn’t notice before ordering.

These probiotics and prebiotics are easy to swallow. I appreciate that it is both pre and pro - biotics in one pill. Price and value is good. There are no aftertaste. So far no stomach upsets.

These are an excellent value! Probiotics won't work to their fullest potentially without prebiotics...and this has BOTH!The veggie caps are easy to swallow and have zero aftertaste.Best of all, they're most effective for curbing my indigestion...but also offer peace if mind that my beneficial gut flira is in check.Highly recommended!
