Works really good easy to use and good value for the money.

After lubricating with a water base lubricant, it inserts easily as far as you want. I like to insert it about 2 inches with a low flow of water then as solid matter is expelled slowly insert it farther inward. As you move it inward it cleans as it goes removing all matter within. I will insert it all the way until I am squeaky clean. It does feel really good as the diameter increases the farther it is inserted. The ball like diameter changes in the silicone feel very good as it expands and contracts the rectum as it is inserted. I find by moving the hose in and out, the sensation is amazing.

Works well, easy to install and use. The bulbed design helps to keep it in place and be hands free. Still learning how to use it and understanding how much water to use/what’s too much. I feel very clean after. Only complaint is how loud the metal rope is against my shower tiles 😅
