I am very pleased with this supplement. I’ve noticed increased energy, improved, sleep, improved, gut, health, and experienced no unpleasant taste. Oh, I tried some of the other comparable items on the market and the effects of the product or noticeable: this product works for me far better than the others and it is affordable.

Number one thing I will say about this product. No gross veggie flavored burps while taking this product unlike other brands I won't name *gags*. Also take the fruit capsule and smell it. Yeah you guessed it. It smells like real fruit. This is the tight budget version of Balance of Nature (TM) (you will pay a premium for those ads on Fox). I take this product twice a day morning and night. Also I have no stomach discomfort if I don't take this product with food. Cost is more than the cheaper brands (with the gross burps) but you get what you pay for here imho.

I've been taking 1 veggie and 1 fruit pill per day rather than the 2 they recommend for about 3 months now. I think they've been helpful to my digestion and general well-being. I think I'll try to increase the dose to 3 per day (2V 1F one day and 1V 2F the next day, etc.) to see how that affects me. Btw, they are very easy to swallow and have little taste. Glad I tried them!

A quality product! Yes, I tried the brand in the ads, but it's SO expensive I went looking for an alternative. I tried these and, in addition to being reasonably priced, only required me to take 2 capsules of each compared to 3 of the other brand. My energy level immediately increased. Not jittery or wired feeling, but that 2:00 "I need a cup of coffee or a nap" feeling went away. I noticed its effects in only 2 days.I've recommended this to several friends. They were skeptical at first, but not now.

Packaged well and shipped promptly. Been taking about 3 weeks and starting to see affects. Sleep better and more energy.

I take these every day and they really help. They are cheaper than the name brand and work just as well. There is no smell to them.

I ordered these because they stopped selling the quantity I was buying of the BioSchwartz brand. Ultimately these do the same thing as the other, and they are a good price for the quantity, but the fruit ones smell strongly like paint and taste kind of how they smell. I will be going back to BioSchwartz and just buying the bigger sized bottle for a little more.
