It's operate on Android 8.1 not android 12
There is showing android 12 but it's operate on Android 8.1 this is very unsatisfied with android version overall due to it's price this is best tab.

Don't make bog expe tations from thos device. It is cheap and can not perform like it's counterparts from well-known brands. The device is slow. While using it, It hangs or stops from time to tim for few seconds then continue working. Sometimes it hangs and you have to close thw app and reopen it.

No response from Seller and Amazon
Very bad quality product, no battery backup at all. I have submitted my refund claim since day one when I have received the device but waiting for seller approval... I've been calling customer service but very bad service. Do not buy this kind of product.
