The Housemaid's Secret

I couldn’t put this book down! The Housemaid’s Secret grabs you from the first few pages and keeps the suspense building all the way through. Freida McFadden does a great job of throwing in just enough clues to keep you guessing, but still manages to surprise you with every twist.The pacing is perfect—short chapters, quick scenes, and no dull moments. I flew through it in a couple of sittings. The main character is easy to root for, and even though some of the situations are wild, they’re written in a way that makes you want to see how it all plays out.If you enjoy psychological thrillers with secrets, lies, and jaw-dropping reveals, this one is a must-read. I’d definitely recommend it to fans of The Housemaid or anyone who loves a good binge-worthy thriller.

This is the third book I have read by Frieda. I couldn't put this book down. I do love the way the author throws these twists around and keeps you second guessing yourself trying to figure out who did what. As always Enzo is my favorite and he definitely knows a guy for everything. Millie always has a back up plan in her pocket on case anything goes wrong. Good read highly recommend

Hold up! Oh hi, I just got done with a mind blowing book. I was thinking who it might have been but omg I am so very very glad it wasn’t who I thought it was. But man oh man can McFadden write suspenseful thrillers. Ya’ll should check out this series and some of her other books. I can say after three books I have read from her I am now a McFadden fan. I’m going to finish this series and read more her books and hope she keeps writing more.

I absolutely love this writer! Their books are so captivating that I’m always on the edge of my seat. Once I start, I can’t put it down—and I’ve been reading two a week! The Maid series is one of my favorites; I just can’t get enough of it. I’m already eagerly waiting for the next one to come out. Highly recommend if you're looking for a thrilling, can't-miss read. In The Housemaid’s Secret Millie Calloway story continues. She is currently in college and working for her new employers Douglas & Wendy Garrick. This was a good sequel to The Housemaid. It was entertaining, gripping with twists, and turns.

She she did it again! I will not give any spoiler alerts other than to say this story is about a super rich man who has a sick wife but something seems off about their relationship. When cleaning lady and cook Millie goes to work for them she knows she wants to help but doesn't know how. I honestly can't believe how things turned out. Excellent job Ms Freida, excellent job. Fantastic read. No need to have read the first one in order to read this one. It stands perfectly on its own. Highly recommend!

So in the past few days I have finished the first two Housemaid’s books by Freida McFadden and BOTH were fantastic. Each time it seems our heroine is about to go down she either finds a way out of the noose or circumstance change in her favor. Why wouldn’t they… she is after all a savior of women who need saving. Such a good quick read. Off to devour the next McFadden suspenseful thriller.

I love how the end of her books really pull you in where you can’t stop reading! I felt like the beginning was a bit slow and it took a bit for me to get into the book. But the second half is much better and I couldn’t stop, I had to know more!
