Stylish, Compact, and Makes Great Coffee Every Time
I absolutely love the Nespresso CitiZ EN167.P—it's the perfect blend of style and performance. The compact design fits beautifully in my kitchen without taking up much space, and the pink color adds such a fun, modern touch. It heats up quickly, and the 19-bar pressure really delivers rich, flavorful coffee with a perfect crema. I appreciate the choice of two cup sizes, which makes it easy to switch between a quick espresso shot and a longer coffee. The included welcome set of capsules was a lovely bonus and helped me find my favorites right away. It’s incredibly easy to use and clean, and it’s made my morning routine so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want barista-quality coffee at home in a chic little package!

Great looking
Gorgeous soft pink colour, not too brash, looks fab. Not too bulky width wise, so doesn't take too much room up on kitchen work surface..Easy to use, great tasting coffee. Is expensive but would highly recommend.

Lovely machine, lovely coffee!
After 1 month's use, still very pleased with this purchase. The machine looks very elegant, and came attractively boxed and well-protected in a presentation pack, with a sample pack of 14 Nespresso pods of various flavours. We have experimented with these and other brands and strengths of compatible pod, and decided on our favourite (Sainsbury's Columbian - about half the price of the Nespresso branded pods). There are 2 settings for the quantity of coffee dispensed - espresso (about 40ml) and lungo (about 110ml). We prefer the latter. These are controlled by the 2 buttons on top of the machine, which also switch on the machine, and have further functions when cleaning etc. The instructions also say you can adjust the serving amounts to your taste using the buttons, but for us the factory settings seem fine.Operation is simple and straightforward. . After ensuring the water reservoir is sufficiently full, you press the LH button on top of the machine to switch on, and after a very short wait, the flashing light goes full on, indicating the machine is ready to use. Open the top lever, and drop a fresh pod in. Don't forget to put a cup under the dispenser! Closing the lever (a firm push) sets the pod and perforates it so the water can be forced through. You then select the size of serving desired - LH button for espresso, RH button for lungo. The drink is dispensed immediately (takes about 10 seconds for the lungo). We were aware of some comments that the serving was not hot enough, but it seems fine to us (who wants to burn their mouth on a scalding drink?). The used pod drops into a removable drawer underneath when you next open the lever, leaving the mechanism free for the next pod. The drawer holds about 8-10 used pods, and is easy to remove, empty and clean when full. The transparent removable water receptacle at the back of the machine holds plenty of water for 10 lungo servings, and it is easy to see when a top-up is needed. We are using bottled water because the tap water in our area is particularly hard, and we want to reduce limescaling. Volvic seems to be widely recommended, as it is said to have the right balance of minerals for taste. All in all, a very worthwhile purchase. Can't comment on reliability, or life, but we are very pleased so far. It's not the cheapesat coffee machine, but also isn't by any means the most expensive, and the Amazon price was very good for this model.

Mission accomplished
Perfect for what i was after. The goodness of Nespresso, with the classic pods to ensure I can go off brand when tougher spending is required. For a decent cup, youre using two pods, would highly recommend a milk warmer thingy.

Not as good as i hoped
i had high expectations however i was left disappointed.1st issue is it is slow, slow to heat and slow to pump the water through the pod2nd is temperature! it produces coffee not as hot as i would have hoped, this is made worse as i drink coffee with cream so the temperature is very poor in my opinion.3rd it is loud and vibrates so much the cup moves on the base platei do like the look of this machine but wish the water tank was larger but despite this it has a larger tank when compared to other similar machines so i suppose i cant really complain.i wish it was possible to program enough water to pump to fill an americano full uk sized mug like my last machine however it will let you program a lungo sized cup, it is not the end of the world to add extra water just other machines will let you program a full uk mug sized drink unlike this machine, ( i loved the krups Expert Coffee Machine however they just dont last more than a few months so i refuse to replace it again) that's why i bought this Nespresso Citiz Coffee Machine plus i refuse to use the newer nespresso vertuo coffee machines as i don't like the new pod system because i have my favourite coffee supplied via 3rd party pods that taste far better.i will say the coffee produced from this machine despite temperature is very good with lovely crema and i do use a 3rd party milk heater and Milk Frother quite often and as such the Magimix Nespresso Citiz Coffee Machine is very good at that so far.the few positives dont make up for the negatives as it ruins my coffee drinking enjoyment more often than not as such i refuse to give it a positive rating.i know i could return this for a refund however it will be ok as a stop gap until i consider other machines, compared with the Nespresso by Magimix Vertuo Plus sold by argos for under £80 with far better features just show how much we are being ripped off with this Nespresso Citiz Coffee Machine, by Magimix, its disgusting that to use the old pod system with are hugely financially punished for a less spec machine simply for nesspresso lock us into nesspresso pods only when other coffee manufactures make better quality coffee pods for less.oh well that's my rant over, sorry if this review upsets some of the fanboys but its my opinion
