Very Good
only had it a couple days, but it is soft and cannot feel any springs like I could with my old mattress, good for the time being if you cannot afford a more expensive one. There was no smell to the mattress when I opened it. So far I have slept very well. Functions great. Pretty thick, a lot thicker than i was expecting. Memory foam on the top makes it very cosy.

Great value for money and very comfy
We didn't have a huge budget for two single mattresses for the kids but when these arrived and after my daughter insisted on me sleeping in her new bunk beds the first night I can confirm that they are really comfy!

Bad quality mattress and very unhelpful seller
The mattress was very bad quality, much too soft and it felt like an inflatable. Definitely not for my bad back or even a healthy one. Despite the Amazon policy that a bulky item with a side longer than 175 cm is eligible for a home pick up, the seller arranged for a return with a drop off to a convenience store. When I argued I couldn't deliver this item to the local shop as it was too big, the seller said that the mattress needed to be rolled back to the original state, as otherwise the courier will not accept it. I tried to explain to them a couple of times that rolling it back to its original state was not possible as the mattress was originally compressed, and it became decompressed when we rolled it out.The seller didn't accept my argument that we didn't have the right tools or machinery to compress it back again (I assume it was done mechanically). They just insisted that their mattresses were always returned folded back in their original state, which i don't think was true as it was physically impossible. I've never seen someone being so unhelpful and trying to make a fool of me, as they kept giving the same useless responses a few times as if I couldn't understand their English. In the end, I complained to Amazon, and they were so kind as to issue a refund on behalf of the seller without the need to return the mattress, but it cost me some time and nerves. The photo shows our best effort to put it back into its original state.
