I've been on a weight loss plan for the last few months and for the most part it's been working. I did have one hurdle, however, and it was keeping me from getting to my ultimate goal. ENERGY DRINKS!! I couldn't seem to get through my day without just one Monster about midway through my day. I knew that the caffeine itself wasn't bad because it was the only bit of it I had for the entire day. The same could be said for the ingredients that are actually good for you. The problem was with the sugar and other ingredients that your body just doesn't need.This is where Bulk Supplements came in. They gave me a way to get the supplements I need without the sugary crap in a can! I purchased B12, Pure Caffeine powder, Niacin (B3), and Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid). This little cocktail has revolutionized my entire day! I take it first thing in the morning and within minutes I have my full Niacin flush. It's a little intimidating the first time around, but you eventually get used to it. I'm able to get through my ENTIRE day with no jitters, no elevated heartbeat, and just as importantly, no crash! The combination of supplements I'm taking has helped my metabolism to increase and burn fat as energy. I've already lost another 5 pounds since I started this regiment.Now I won't lie and tell you that it's a tasty little treat each morning. Because it isn't. It taste like a mixture of ground chalk and powdered aspirin. But that is to be expected. These are vitamins, not pixy sticks! I combine them all together and then toss them down the hatch and chase it with a cold glass of milk and some oatmeal. I did originally try to dissolve them all in a glass of water. This doesn't work and anyone that tells you it does, isn't being truthful. It clumps up at the bottom of the glass and no matter how hard you try, it stays there.I am extremely grateful to Bulk Supplements for helping me to achieve my goal and will most definitely be a returning customer!p.s. You will probably see this same review a couple more times for the other products I purchased. I purchased this for detox with my Infrared Sauna. I've been reading quite a bit about this procedure that it creates a flush then a dilation of the blood vessels. That in conjunction with exercise, sauna, or hot tub, brings about a very deep sweat detoxification. I will attest that this is indeed a very good B3 (Niacin) because I was reading that you should start with 100 to 200 mg, and I went with 100 mg which brought about a very uncomfortable flush. True to a great deal of what I read, the flush came with in 10 minutes (for me) and it was like I was on fire! I then got into an already heated Sauna for 25 minutes and was able to sweat faster and quite a bit more then I usually do. I'm a *hard* sweater, takes a while and I mean sometimes its annoying, I can sit in a sauna that is 135 and I still won't sweat until it reaches approximately 145, then I start to feel sweat droplets trying to form. By the time it reaches 150 - 155 I'm sweating in a good way, but with the Niacin, I was already sweating with the temps in the 130's, so this is good for me. I sauna approximately 1 to 2 times a week, so that's as much as I will use Niacin, and from my research, that's within the minimum guidelines. Apparently, your body will get used to the Niacin, but I will err on the side of caution and lower it to 50 mg next time, and increase the dose if its necessary. Niacin has quite a reputation for other health issues, such as heart and blood vessels, lowers LDL cholesterol, etc. I'm very satisfied with the quality of this Niacin, very fine powder. I used 1/16 which is a bit above 100mg, and next time I'll lower that to 1/32. You can get these tiny measuring spoons on Amazon...they come in a set of 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4.

I got this for ducks and geese. When babies they need extra niacin. Its given mixed in the water they drink at 100mg per 1 gallon.This powder is great. It's pure. It's easy to measure dosage, and because its a powder I don't have to crush it. Simple and easy to use. I will be getting more when I run out. I just wish I had found this Niacin powder before.Just got my second order of this after running low on the first bag. It lasted me about a year and a half but that is my using it for the babies till they are fully grown and once a month or so for adult birds. How long it lasts will depend on your water containers size.I use fairly small water dishes at first, needing only an 1/8 tsp in a 1/2 bucket of water for the day when they are small. As they grow in size I use bigger containers and more powder accordingly (always measured at the correct dosage of 100mg per gallon). By the time they don't need this they are in a small kiddie pool that takes 1 1/2 tsps of this powder each day.The package label told how much was in various measures, like 1/4 tsp being 547mg of powder. I used a scale to verify I was getting the same amount before just trusting my measuring spoon but it was accurate for me so I just go by how many 1/4 tsps I need for a certain size container of water. It makes it very easy to use. One note though is to dissolve the powder in a small amount of water then mix it in or you can get a few clumps with air bubbles not allowing it to dissolve correctly sometimes.

Warning, labels should be, put on that stuff. As severely concentrated, I used a 1/4 of a teaspoon on it, mixed it in 24 oz water, after that. I thougt, I must have had a allergic reaction to it. After I vomited, body flushed with a heat rash, chills pins and needles. I drank a gallon of water. Up all night. I guess I should have went to ER. Next day I felt better. I'm going to ask Amazon for my money back
