I have read the Old testament every book, and have started the New testament. Instead of a year I have read this so far in about 3 months. It is so interesting and you get the whole picture laid out like a movie in your mind. I especially like the fact that it gives you details like Alexander the Great and the fighting between the Persians and the Romans so you understand the time that things were going on and the conflict. I'm not a history person I should have paid attention in high school.

Excellent price. Bought one before price increase before the holidays. After handling this Bible it was recommended of its accuracy. Then I went ahead and bought 4 more as gifts.

This is my second time purchasing this Bible. I will say that the print is on the smaller side. But this book is absolutely filled with knowledge. Highly Recommend!

I bought this as a baby gift for a young evangelist and his wife. It’s a different perspective to read some Psalms of David that are interspersed Samuel When they were likely written. If you’ve read the Bible cover to cover, I highly recommend reading it chronologically for a more complete understanding of context.

I use this bible alongside my study bible. The historical content provides a whole knew understanding of the time and place they lived in.
