Lovely flavorful tea, but I thought it was actual after-dinner mints
This is tea; not after-dinner mints. It's a very good tea and smells just like the mint and chocolate. The tea is organic, contains no GMO ingredients, and is caffeine free. The other flavoring agents are similar to a chai tea with warming flavors but no spicy pepper. The scent is strong and inviting and the flavor is full but not as strong as the scent.Easy to use and brew with each tea bag sealed in its own pouch. More packaging, but the freshest possible tea.Good hot or, my favorite iced. Very refreshing on a hot, humid day when served fresh over shaved or crushed ice, but just as nice in a large warmed mug to soothe after a mean or before bed.Good value, 60 tea bags for about $15 at the time of our review. For those who like weaker tea, each bag can be used twice. One of my newest favorite teas, we like and recommend this tea.I think the vendor would do well to market true after-dinner mints to compliment the tea.

Clipper Organic Mint & Fennel Herbal Tea USDA Organic Tea Bags 20 per box 3 boxes
Created with a blend of peppermint, fennel seed, spearmint and ginger root this USDA certified organic herbal tea is a product blended and packed in the UK. The flavor is crisp and minty but more complex than simple peppermint tea which I drink regularly because in addition to the two mint varieties the fennel seed and ginger root add additional delicious flavor elements but overall it is somewhat weak. There are 20 tea bags per box and they are individual wrapped so it is easy to transport a few for use while away from home. Instructions are to steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes and I definitely preferred the flavor at the 5 minute mark. To estimate shelf-life at the time of this review in August 2021 the Best Before date is 11 months in the future but dates will vary. Light but flavorful herbal tea. Excellent.

love it
I have tried several Clipper teas: I appreciate that they are organic, fair-trade and eco-conscious, but "After Dinner Mints" blend is probably my favorite! It's very aromatic and refreshing, and I just can't get enough of it. Mint really comes forward in this tea, with warm notes of fennel and ginger in the background. I feel like it is a good all-season blend: it's lovely iced in summer or hot pretty much any time. The tea bags are individually wrapped - easy to share or take on the go. They are unbleached and plastic-free and therefore easily compostable.Five stars!

Where’s The Fennel/Ginger Flavor? I Can’t Taste It
Fennel is one of my favorite tea flavors—mixing it with peppermint, spearmint and ginger root seemed like an excellent idea and change of pace in my drinking routine. Unfortunately, I’m less than impressed—these bags may as well be called peppermint/spearmint—the flavor of fennel and ginger is negligible; next to nothing. All I detect is an overwhelming mint flavor. That’s not bad, and the tea is very drinkable—it just doesn’t reflect the other two spices very well at all.

Mild mint tea, the fennel and ginger are hard to detect.
Bought this on a whim when I saw it advertised. This is a good mild mint tea. As other reviewers have stated, the fennel and ginger are hard to detect. As I prefer the strength of pure peppermint tea, I will likely not get this again. However, if you enjoy a milder mint tea, I would recommend giving this a shot.

A refreshing and healthful double mint tea (with fennel seed and ginger)
Featuring peppermint and spearmint along with fennel seed and ginger, this is a nice minty blend whose ingredients are ideal for easing many stomach issues. Unlike current practice (a recent development that I find a bit disconcerting), no health claims are made for this tea. But anyone who has resorted to herbal remedies for stomach disorders will know these ingredients well.Fennel and ginger are particularly useful when treating mild stomach discomfort. Their efficacy is well known, as are the benefits of peppermint and spearmint, but Clipper quite conscientiously avoids making any health claims, merely describing this tea as "the perfect after-dinner tea". Its flavor is somewhat reserved: there's no in-your-face mint or heat to overwhelm the taste of the blend. In fact, all of the Clipper teas that I've sampled have a similar quality. They are all somewhat understated in impact, concentrating, rather, on the taste impact of the blend as a way of achieving something like a unified excellence of flavor. I found this herbal tea both refreshing and healthful.

Lacks flavor
Maybe this is fine for some, maybe I've been spoiled by more intensely flavorful teas. I bought this since I am a fan of the two advertised flavors, mint and fennel, but I can barely taste either. Not sure if the unadvertised ginger is just masking them, but I kind of taste the ginger and that's not what I bought this for, the end result is like hot cardboard water.

Clipper Organic tea is refreshingly good
I got this tea in After Dinner Mints flavor. Three great looking packs of tea and each pack has 20 teabags. It is perfect for gift giving as well. It is meant to be consumed as a black tea (no sugar and milk). I found that 6oz of water per bag is a good balance for taste and flavor to be experienced without too much dilution. The taste is refreshing, strong but delicious mint flavor, and a slight sweetness probably from the fennel. I couldn't taste ginger like the ingredient mentions. It is caffeine free and therefore can truly be an after dinner relaxing and soothing drink. The expiry date on the box is July 2022. One year to enjoy the 60 bags is decent I think. The tea bag and the paper packet it comes in are all compostable and biodegradable. I like that aspect of it. These days lots of fancy teas come in synthetic mesh bags that don't decompose in soil naturally.
