Let me just start off by saying that I am disabled and I am not able to get vigorous exercise due to that. I do watch what I eat, however and eat a clean diet. I do fallow the instructions on the bottle, except since I only eat two meals per day, I take only two CLA per day. The point I am trying to make is that since I have started taking this product, not only have I lost weight, but I have been able to keep it off. I am satisfied with my purchase and will be making more in the future, it is a good value for your money. No sugar pills here.
