This is the second time we've purchased this case. It's great!

The "screen protector" is a flimsy piece of plastic which protects against fingerprints, but also detaches from the rest of the case within a week, rendering the case as a whole NOT waterproof, shockproof, crackproof, or otherwise damage-proof at all, unlike what it claimed to be, beyond fingerprints. There is a very noticeable circle in the screen protector where the plastic is thinner for the fingerprint reader; it is the only part of the screen protector which allowed decent touch sensitivity for the screen - I had to put a LOT of pressure to get a response on the rest of the screen - this was WITH Samsung's "optimize touch sensitivity for a screen protector" feature turned ON.The case itself is also not sturdy at all - the phone (in the case) slipped from my fingers when it was being handed back to me, fell about a foot, landed facedown, and the case has a MASSIVE ding and dent in the corner. It's made of stiff plastic which did not hold up under sudden pressure, and would not hold up under sustained pressure, such as in a purse or backpack or a messy desk, if anything winds up on top of it. The bezel is not very big, which means that it's not really shockproof or crackproof, and not sturdy, which is contrary to what was advertised. The camera protector is made of similar flimsy plastic which got covered in fingerprints rapidly (I recommend using an isopropyl alcohol swab and then some fabric to wipe it clean for best results).The charging port cover is hard to open - this gave me hope that it was a VERY waterproof case, again, as advertised, but obviously the screen protector falling off would invalidate that theory (the main reason I bought this case).If I could give it zero stars I would - it was dumb luck that my phone didn't crack! For reference, I have the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, in case anyone has had different experiences with different phone models or brands. Trying to be gracious here but there's not really anything positive I can say beyond that it looks sleek if you can get past the cheap quality, both of appearance as well as of function - but if you're looking for real protection or a nice-looking case, this case is not it.If I can update this review, I'll add photos (not touching my phone until I get a new case, don't want fingerprints all over the screen) and how the seller responded, otherwise this is it, folks.

Mt only complaint is that it is very hard to open the flap to the charging port...certainly water tight, but hard to open.

Calidad y protector

Protects the phone well from drops and keeps the water out. It was splashed on in the pool several times. Finger sensor dot hard to install and didn't work for me. I used up all the dots trying to install it. Hard to get the lint and dust cleared fr the inside. Everyone has a hard time hearing me and my videos have so much movement noise for some reason over the mic.

Excellent case as it's build quality in my opinion is made even better than any high quality phone case like otterbox I've used. It's side grip is very comfortable in your hands and it's very lightweight. As you can see from my picture, I accidentally set it on my stove top for a minute And it melted but still held up. Fortunately thanks to its good construction my camera still works and the case is still usable. 10/10 great job constructing this

I had put this case on a few weeks before an overnight kayak trip. I normally use my silicone SPen compatible one because I love that darn pen. I work in construction and really should use a tougher case. This one did work pretty well especially for the price. I dropped it on the pavement, on concrete, in the sink. Yeah. Not easy on phones.Trip comes and I kept the phone in my lap through the water. Then I tipped my yak like a dinkus. I had a float lanyard on and down the river it went. By the time I righted myself, the lanyard was gone. Paddled my rear off and found it. The phone had been underwater the entire time. Way longer than it should have been! Hitting rocks. Riding rapids. It was difficult to rescue but darn it, it's my phone!The phone was a bit damp but otherwise fine. Had to let the ports dry out. I realized that all those drops had loosened the seal. Idiot. If I had taken just a few seconds and popped it back together, I think the phone would have been dry. The case screen was pretty scratched up after it's adventure. It's not really usable anymore but as far as I'm concerned, it more than served it's purpose. The phone screen was perfect.Very easy to install and remove. I thought that was very cool. Some cases you need blueprints to assemble. This one can easily be swapped with others.Also, button control was tight and responsive. For this price, I really think you get more than what you pay for. Especially if you are truly interested in a waterproof case. Just remember to check the seals if you've dropped it. If you're looking for a tough case, meh, it's medium tough. Might want to look at strictly tough cases.
