Easy to make roti, no need to buy xanthum gum. A little expensive though.

Gluten Free is questionable??
Opened one of chappti flour. It seems to have fine pieces of what looked like wheat and/or rye. This caused medical issues.Please check before you buy. The package states gluten free.

GF Eurostar Flour
I love this flour. Finally, the best ever taste in whatever you make out of this flour.Today I made coconut and ginger cookies using this flour.
