HID ballast for Lexus ES300
Worked great. Replaced what I thought was a blown HID bulb, turned out to be the ballast. It was a pain to install since it is located inside the headlamp assembly but well worth the time and price was really reasonable.

Great price
The ballast is a good replacement for a failed OEM ballast. Although it was claimed to be compatible with a 2005 Prius, I did have to enlarge the alignment slot to fit the headlight assemble mounting stud. Be advised the bulb connector will need to be disassembled in order to route the cable; it is designed for that. The seller website has issues; none of the links worked for registering the warranty or obtaining support (done via a Facebook page), but you can contact the seller (via Messenger) who was very helpful.

Worked first try
No issues with fitment, install or performance. Part is still functional. Although it's only been a few weeks. Will update if status changes

2004 Lexus Ls430
Works amazingly. It’s been a few months now and absolutely 0 issues. It wasn’t easy to replace on my Lexus LS430 (2004) but that was the car not so much the part. Plus the price really beats all others. I’d rather pay less than 40$ vs 300 from the dealer. Will buy again whenever my other one fails haha

Bought this to install in my wife’s car worked for 2 hours then shut off had them send 2 replacements and they did the exact same thing horrible product

Work for now
The shipping was quick, but that's the benefit of Prime lol. Anyhow I ordered two ballasts for my 02 is300. The wiring up as simple using the stock wires. I did however have to replace one unit as it was defective. The replacement unit is working great however. A much cheaper option than buying the factory denso units for $700+ each. I just hope they last a few years.
