So my wife and I tend to share our shampoos, and in the past 3-4 years we have been using the Alpecin range, but have never really noticed a great gain from the product. In recent months we decided to do some research on other products with similar or the same ingredients simply based on the fact that Alpecin as a brand is highly overpriced. We came across Man Cave and I already knew of this range from using their shower gels in past, but never knew they did a ‘Caffeine’ shampoo. After breaking down the ingredients and determining what ingredients were actually relevant in the sense of benefiting your hair we decided to give the Man Cave Caffeine Shampoo a go. This is now 2 months later and we both can say “this Man Cave Caffeine shampoo is fantastic!”When you use it and massage it into your scalp it does soothe and lather up really well. When you rinse it does give a dry feeling to your hair as if it’s taken out the moisture to your hair, BUT this is actually cleaning your hair from its greasy particles.After drying your hair after showering your becomes very soft. My wife has already noticed a huge change in her quality of hair simply from brushing it, she looses less hair.It has a really well balanced fragrance and is also gentle to use as I have sensitive skin.This is our go-to product now and as long as the price stays under the £10 mark it’s very good quality and cost. The 500ml bottle lasts my wife and I just over a month.Thank you to Amazon for selling this perfect product!

More than happy with this shampoo. First had it as part of a bigger bundle, but had to go and get myself some more!It is one of the nicest smelling shampoos that I have used and seems to be very effective at doing its job.My hair seems to be as healthy as ever. Not sure how much impact the caffeine has, but for now I don't have a bad word about this product.Again, the smell of this shampoo is delightful!

Bought this for my other half as a stocking filler for Christmas because he loves the mancave stuff and I've actually used it myself a couple of times because it really does make your hair look and feel so healthy and soft.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. The smell lasts for ages after washing and is actually really nice! The shampoo leaves the hair feeling soft and definitely isn't too harsh on the skin. A little goes a long way and he is still working his way through this bottle! It is so lovely, it has prompted me to purchase other products from this brand!

I have been using caffeine shampoos for years, starting with Alpecin C1. I switched to Mancave whilst it was on offer and never looked back! I have been receeding for years but I feel that this has really slowed it down, I even have comments from people saying “have you done something with your hair, it looks thicker!” Even been asked if I had a hair transplant :)))! I guess it’s not going to work for everyone but has helped me. Smells great and feels great after washing! Worth the premium price knowing it comes from a UK brand and all natural ingredients.

I have quite fine hair, which just falls around. This works well to make it a bit more styleable without masses of gunky product. I also use the ManCave styling cream, which leaves a more matte/dry finish - the two together help keep hair in place without looking like an extra from Grease.

Nice smelling shampoo I can't say it promotes hair growth and I find that it is massively overpriced. However it's good value when on sale for under £6
