For years, I've enjoyed cherry-flavored Kool-Aid throughout the day. In the mornings, I mix chocolate protein powder with it.Occasionally, I mix apple cider vinegar and honey with it.I find it to be more beneficial than soda pop and other drinks.As an alternative to caffeine loaded drinks, it's perfect.

I’ve been drinking this flavor Kool Aid since I was a kid. I’m now 55 and still love it! Matter of fact I’m drinking some as I write this review! Can’t go wrong with a Lemon Lime Kool Aid! Oh Yeah!!!!!
