This lady has saved my life x

I was so excited to give my friend this book for Christmas as she was going through stressful times. But when it arrived, it was fit for the dustbin so I had nothing to give her. I only received a portion of my funds back.

The audio sounded like a computer generated and was a male voice -it got on my nerves after about 10 secondsIt is a great book but the audio is terrible

I am giving 1 star here, not for the book as I never got past the opening credits but to the horrendous narration! Why oh why can't the authors themselves (if they are alive and can speak!) narrate their own work?! I find it very odd that the author would be happy to allow their work to be read out like this. This man reads as if this task (narrating this book) was the worst thing that could have happened to him! He is painful to listen to! Have cancelled order!
