DIY F1 Metal Model Building Kit Erector set Build and Play Toy Set STEM Learning Sets for 5+Year Kids

This toy was well thought out and would be a wonderful learning toy for the age of 5+. Unfortunately, not all the nuts and bolts needed to complete the kit was included thus made the toy frustrating for the child to complete the building of the toy. Also, some of the illustrations were confusing to the parent who was helping the child.

Bought two of these, one for my 5 and 8 year olds to put together. Ended up my wife and I putting it together over an hour each to build each. Nuts and bolts are small, and required to put in tight spaces. After putting them together, kids rolled them three times, and the wheels kept falling off and they lost interest. I'm pretty handy, and can usually build these with little frustration, but this one caused much frustration. We wanted to use this as family time with the kids helping put it together with us, and the kids lost interest in helping half way through.

Wow this is a great one to build and play. My friends son loved this. Assembling toys was much fun. This is nice in developing intelligence and getting them involved.

I should have read the feedback first. I wanted something easy to build for my 9 years old son who has slight coordination issues. Bottom line: I am building it myself.
