This HDMI HDbT extender unit is fully featured and works great. I have been using this unit in my house for a few weeks now and I really like it.Setup:The EZCOO EX-EX70L was very easy to get setup and running. The unit came with everything I needed in the box! This was really nice to see, as a lot of other video extender units even ones more expensive don't come with accessories. The unit came with one power supply that can be used to power from either end. It also came with an IR receiver and IR emitter, along with mounting brackets and even velcro. For my setup, I ran a shielded CAT6 cable between my bedroom on the 2nd floor and a TV in my basement. I wanted to take the cable box I had setup in my bedroom and extend the video to another TV in the house I only use sometimes. I powered the extender from the receiver side I also utilized the IR extender function to control my cable box.Performance:Once everything was connected, it worked flawlessly the first time. I had a clear picture on my TV with the signal being about 80ft away. I was able to use my cable box remote to control the cable just like it was in the same room. There wasn't any noticeable latency or image quality issues the entire two weeks I have been using it. I have used and installed many HDbT extender units that achieved the exact same result as this unit that cost 3-5X the price.Overall, this little unit really impressed me. The price of $100 seems really fair for the performance and what you get. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Saved the day. The cable run was too long for HDMI cables to deliver 4k alone. I bought this and the project was a success. Any time you are going beyond 15ft of HDMI cable and want to deliver 4k this product should be on your short list.I have four of these running for over a month now with no issues. Customer service is TOP NOTCH.Pay attention to the features of each model to determine which one you need. I only needed to send 4k video, so the EZCOO 4K HDMI 2.0 Extender,HDBaseT Extender for $99 was perfect for me. Other models are capable of doing more!

Second Unit:The second unit worked for my application, and is running considerably cooler than the first unit.I am revising my rating accordingly.I'm very satisfied with my purchase now.First Unit:This unit worked with a 25' CAT6 direct connect test run for 4K video, but it did not work thought the ~60' CAT6 installation run I connected it to. With a claimed 130 ft range for 4K HDMI 60Hz video for this extender, this should be well within the products capabilities.I immediately returned and re-ordered the same unit on the off chance that I received a dud.Hopefully the next unit will perform for my application.I will update my review after trying the replacement unit.

The item worked well but there is essentially no warranty after 30 days. If you email support, you’ll be told they price it too low to provide a warranty. Consider this before buying. I suspect you can find a similarly priced device with a warranty.

The item stopped working after second use within the week of order. Total run time few minutes out of the box. Solid looking device but too bad it stopped working. I paid $50 more and got another device. At the end, if devices fail all my time and effort is a waste.
