Not what I hoped for
I ordered this product for two reasons. First of all, the product description said this hearing pad turns off automatically after two hours. I used it the day I received it, right before bed. I accidentally fell asleep, and when I woke up the next morning, it was still on. Scared me to death! I'm not going to use a product that says it turns off automatically, when the 1st time I used it, that VERY important feature didn't work. I didn't want to order a replacement, because I don't have confidence in the heating pad at all. Secondly, it describes the heating pad as having moist heat. I did not read the product description well, because I found out the moist heat comes from spraying one side of the pad with a fine spray of water! I tried the moist heat out right away, too, and ended up with wet pajamas, and wet skin, because you're directed to place the moistened side next to your body. I really wanted to like this heating pad, based on other reviews, but can't.

Bought this one to replace a regular-sized pad
I've used heating pads for years but they were a little short - that frustrated me incredibly. So, a little over six months ago, I upgraded my pads and bought this one. The size of this pad is amazing - I can lean back on the pad sitting on the couch.As I struggle with shoulder pain, a possibility to heat both shoulders while watching TV is priceless for me. It has 3 heating modes you can switch between. Thanks for a quality product.

Very pleased with XXL Heating Pad
I purchased this for my dog and cat who are both getting up in yeara and need to have a warm heat source. The heating pad was too small. It was a larger size than standard but they still had a hard time getting comfortable. This pad is perfect. Nice even heat, 2 hr shut off instead of 45 minutes like most and super soft and comfortable. Great product at an awesome price

Long lifespan
So far I've got two of these - the first one for myself a year ago and this one as Christmas present for my family. The highest temperature mode feels the best for my back though I use low heat for neck pains.Just to note, the cord has a good length which is crucial for me since I don't have an outlet close to my bed. Now, as I've mentioned before, I've used my pair of pads for two years and they still look pretty well. It's nice that I can wash the pads without destroying the material.

A good deal
I've expected the pad to be very basic seen that it's one of the most affordable options on the market. However, what I got was probably even more than what I've paid for. It heats up fast and the heat options are adjustable. I mostly use low heat for my sensitive skin. Also, just a note, if you want to try a high heating mode, I'd suggest you protect your skin with a piece of cloth.All in all, the pad is amazing. I love the material quite a lot.

the best heating pad
ordered one for my sister. she raved so much that i ordered one for myself. love it. it's comfy and flexible--not like those plastic ones. and this size is great! covers the whole back or leg.

Large, comfortable
To start with, I'd like to say, it's my first Amazon review so I don't really know if there's a way there things are normally written. However, I have to say I liked using heating pad quite a lot. I had others before but they didn't last so I decided to give this one a shot.This one is nice because of its size. I was also pleasantly surprised by the auto shut-off - it's very convenient when you use the pad in the evening/night. The material of the pad is high quality and easy to clean. Mostly, I use the pad for my back, however, I can wrap it around my neck every one a while.Had no complaints with both cases. Totally nice pad.
