Amazing!! But You MUST Tighten Before Installing!!
Love it! Worked exactly as intended. FOR THISE CIMPLAINING ABOUT LEAKING!!! I did have to screw on the pump price tighter AND tighten the parts connected by a hex screw. At first install both were loose and water kept filling.. after tightening water stopped. Doesn't fill up completely, but refills when the water level drops.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!

Not tightly assembled
The media could not be loaded. Update 4/18 the mechanism fails. Do not buy.Update 3/21/2020: I was removing this thing after I accidentally left it running and flooded my kitchen and some ceiling in my basement below... then I took it apart and found one of the blue clips was still in the line, and therefore not totally sealed, and the plastic nut was not tight. The actual mechanism worked perfectly one I removed the clip and tightened the nut. Bad grades for the assembler, and me for not noticing. Now after testing, no problems... bit now my wet basement ceiling stinks.Original: Installing in line was easy, but their pre-installed hose at the spigot was not pushed in. The refill mechanism does not fully stop flow, and it overflows if not turned off manually. Big hazard.

Reliable and has never overflowed
I love having this connected to our break room Keurig machine! Gone are the days of having to refill the water or being angry when the last person to use it left it empty for someone else to fill. This device auto fills and after using it for the last 6 months, it does its job well and has never overflowed

Tried to make it work....it just doesn’t.
As tempting as this product sounds....it DOES NOT work as described. Installation is easy.....but that’s where it ends. If you have the water pressure up too high then the pressure makes the lid jump when it kicks on and off. It does fill as described. There is where the problem begins. It never quits trickling out from somewhere. I put it in a glass so it would not be running and I could check the fittings. They were not leaking so it had to be coming through the float. Solution: turn the shot off valve off and just turn on when you need water. NOT! Got up this morning and counter was flooded. YES the shut off valve was turned off. Still leaked. Now that is real bothersome.I tried with water pressure wide open in case it wasn’t seating. I tried it with water pressure as low as I could get it and still have flow. Tried positions in between. Nothing kept it from slowly filling up.I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you are ok with the possibility of a flooded counter in the morning.

Gradually overfills tank-avoid
Great idea, but the execution is lacking. It will slowly overfill the tank if not used daily and create a major mess. It requires you to manually shut it off when not in use, and that defeats the concept of automatic filling

Sadly, there are 'issues'.
As others have reported. this product has an 'issue'. I really wanted this to work. I'm lazy and was tired of having to fill the reservoir on our Keurig every few days. This seemed like the perfect solution. We already had a convenient water outlet on the counter to tap into (for my Curtis Tea dispenser... I told you I was lazy). Had our plumber friend come over and hook things up. Worked like a champ... for about a week. Then one day, noticed water on the countertop. Sure enough, there was a tiny flow of water into the reservoir that you could hear. The shut-off float valve isn't strong/buoyant enough to completely shut off the flow. I banged on the top, and it DID shut off. It's like a slow leaking toilet, that you sometime hear flushing itself in the middle of the night.I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1, because I really like the concept. Since there is a shutoff valve where the water line goes into the reservoir, I now just manually open that valve, fill the water container, then shut if back off; no longer trusting the float valve to properly control the flow.TM

Love It! Auto refill :)
I didn’t really pay attention when ordering. It must be a certain model Keurigs to fit with little effort.Turns out I have a B70. After a couple strategically drilled holes and a zip tie, works perfectly. About a 10 minute project for a dyi person!Product comes with 1/4” tubing valve and tee. I had tons of 1/4” tubing from installing RO filter. So nice to always have full tank Keurig ready to go

Easy to use, water level issue can be overcome.
Would have given 5 stars because this is an easy to use system. Just splice into your ice maker water feed line and you are all set (EXCEPT). Except: If you leave the water turned on all the way the water will leak past the water level valve and overnight will overflow the container making a mess. We solved this by just opening the shut off valve enough to let water drip (trickle) into the reservoir. Haven't had an over flow since (6 months) and never had a problem with the reservoir not filling fast enough since it holds water for 4-5 cups. Doesn't matter if it takes 5 minutes to refill. By the time we're ready for another cup, it has trickled enough in. I also purchased a 10 psi ice maker pressure regulator to drop the water feed pressure from 60 psi to 10 psi to keep from over pressuring the reservoir float valve, but have not even had to install it.
