Corn starch replacement
I use this as a replacement for corn starch and it works very well.

good value and great for molded dog treats
I use 3/4 c of this blended with a can of salmon and egg to bake dog treats in the tiny celled silicon mold. Makes hundreds of training treats at a time. Tapioca flour releases well from the mold, but I add 1/4 cup wheat flour for thickening.
