These pouches are a lifesaver for anyone trying to quit using tobacco products. Me, personally, I had used nicotine pouches (and smokeless tobacco prior to that) for almost a decade now. I decided to stop this month and these pouches make quitting much, much, much more manageable than it would be otherwise. I’ve tried several nicotine alternatives but these pouches are by far the most similar in feel and taste to nicotine pouches. The flavor is fantastic and lasts quite a long time (just over an hour, in my experience), the pouches are excellent quality with no broken pouches in any of the cans I’ve used (the pouches and can also both feel exactly like their zyn counterparts except for being slightly more moist). Finally, the nootropics (Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, and L-Tyrosine) actually do have a noticeable effect. In my experience, they’ve made me feel relaxed and made it far easier to focus now that I’m not using nicotine as a crutch. I’ve found it very easy to be laser focused on even incredibly monotonous tasks at work while using these pouches. It’s also worth mentioning that the nootropics in these pouches do a great job at counteracting the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal for those trying to quit. I’ve noticed drastically less brain fog, irritability, and lack of focus than I did prior to using these pouches. This is a very high quality product at a decent price…I recommend anyone trying to get off tobacco products give this product a try. 10/10.

I highly recommend these for anyone trying to quit ZYN. I was doing a can of ZYN 6 a day and decided I needed to quit. I first changed to a can of ZYN 3 a day which cut my nicotine in half. I was than was able to stretch a can of ZYN 3 out over 2 or 3 days before brain fog and anxiety started. I decided to try NZE after reading the reviews. I decided to go with the "focus" blend instead of the "energy" blend. I didn't want to get off nicotine only to be hooked on caffeine. It took a few days but the Alpha GPC took care of the brain fog from the nicotine withdraw and the L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine took care of the anxiety. The NZE pouches are also the same size and texture as the ZYN pouches for that fixation of a pouch in your mouth. I rate these a 10/10 for anyone trying to quit ZYN. I'm not sure how well these would work if you quit ZYN cold turkey so I just recommend you try to reduce the ZYN nicotine first, and use these as final step to kick the habit!

If you’re looking for a wintergreen ZYN replacement, this isn’t it. Packaging, logo and pouch are all very similar, they couldn’t nail down the flavor. This tastes like you have a very intense glob of wintergreen toothpaste in your lip. I decided to quit nicotine all together, but I was struggling for the first couple of days and decided to try these. If almost rather not have anything in than have the overpowering flavor of these, if I’m being quite honest. Maybe the other flavors are good, and maybe I was spoiled with ZYN’s great flavor, but this didn’t do it for me and now I have 4 1/2 tins that I probably won’t use.Also, I can’t say much on the effectiveness of the nootropics side of things. I have actually been overly tired since I’ve been using these. I can’t speak on the other ingredients, but I take L-theanine before bed to help me sleep, so it’s kind of odd that it would be in here. Maybe it offsets the other ingredients, I don’t know.If you want to give it a shot because you decided to quit nicotine pouches, maybe try another flavor.

Product is equivalent to the size of your normal nicotine pouch which is great because most non nicotine pouch are massive. ENZ are amazing and their flavors are spot on if you’re looking for nicotine supplementation or to stop nicotine as a whole ENZ pouches are definitely the way to go, they give you the muscle memory of putting a pouch in while tasting like the flavor you loved. ENZ are effective give you a mental clarity/ focus boost and help you carry on with your day.

If you are looking to quit zyn, these have helped out a bunch. Pouch resembles the zyn pouches quite nicely, the flavor lasts a long time, and the quality is great. Energy from these isn’t that great but for what I was using it for I would buy these again.

Decent flavor that disappears quickly, but I noticed no valuable change in focus or concentration. Instead, you end up chewing on these little pouches that are no doubt introducing microplastic fibers into your body.If you want a little bit of a nicotine buzz, save yourself the money and time and just get yourself the patches at a very low potency.

It's a good non-nicotine alternative to Zyn, just with a somewhat more mellow and sustained buzz. Duration feels longer and it's great for keeping focused (especially if you have ADHD tendencies). You can also have it shipped OCONUS if you're deployed overseas and not have to worry about customs seizing it (some countries prohibit nicotine pouches from being mailed).
