So far I like these but I just wanted to point out because I’ve noticed a lot of people saying that the packaging clearly states 38 capsules and they’re only getting 30. The packaging says 38 probiotic strains and at the bottom says 30 vegetarian capsules. You’re getting what the packaging says you’re getting. But I do agree the packaging is a bit ridiculous compared to the amount you get. It’s an unnecessarily giant bottle for the amount of product!

You won’t need no boric acid, no ph balancing gel no dr’s visits, no slippery elm no pills for vaginal dryness, this is your one-stop for all vaginal issues, but……….as well as this works there’s a dark side. I have been having the worst stomach pains due to bloating and gas because of these pills. You will be happy because your vagina health will improve but your stomach may be in pain. The product is exceptionally good, but just take my warning for stomach pain!

I swear my these. They have been a daily supplement for 8 years. I suffer from a sensitive..... and any change in my ph I have an issue. Can be soap, tampons, or to much extra curricular activity with the man, anything it chooses that makes it unhappy. These keep me balanced and if I start to go off I take 2 morning 2 night for a few days to get back to normal.
