The media could not be loaded. We had two main issues with our water, my skin would feel rough after a bath, and soap water would stagnate on the floor due to the high hardness of the water. After using this product for two weeks, I’m happy to say both issues have improved significantly. My skin feels much softer, and the soap water no longer lingers on the floor. Another great benefit is that my husband's hair fall has reduced considerably since we started using the filter. The product also works well with MNC water, though I’ve noticed it’s not as effective with borewell water, as it depends on the hardness levels. The service from WaterLabs has been excellent. They were quick to provide installation guidance and sent the necessary adaptor for the tap. I also installed one on the shower. Their customer support resolved all queries.- Pros: Great for sensitive skin, No more dryness or irritation after showering. And filters major sediments and chlorine- Cons: Minor decrease in water pressure- The water pressure dropped slightly after installation, which was disappointing. But overall i am happy with the product and will definitely recommend if you have borewell water or municipal water having residual chlorine.

This shower filter is great for improving water quality. It helps reduce some of the hardness in the water, although it doesn’t completely remove it. I think it works best for water from borewells or tankers, especially if there are dirt particles or impurities. The filter does a good job of removing those. However, it didn’t really help with my hair fall, so if that’s your main reason for considering this filter, you might want to adjust your expectations.That said, I would still recommend this filter, especially if you have hard water. It helps soften the water to some extent and keeps it cleaner. Overall, it’s a solid product if you’re looking to improve the quality of your shower water, but it might not solve all hair-related issues.

Connector does’t fit to tap, may be if they give 2 connectors(one small and one big)along with this product, that will be useful.The connector which I received in the box is small then our tap.

The filter serves the purpose of softening the water. The quality of the product is very good and sturdy. It is easy to install and fit is very good since a teflon tape is provided to avoid any kind of leakage. It serves the functionality it is built for and overall the price is very competitive from the other products in the market. It would have been great if they could have provided multiple tap extensions other than this the product is a must buy.

Reduced 1 star because it doesnt fit with all types of tap even with the extended adjustment fittings. I finally am using it with the shower.Functionally, in last 1 week that we are using it, it seems pretty effective. The water is softened and you can feel the difference in hair wash and reduced hair fall.Will update the review on how long it lasted, but for now, happy with the purchase.

However, after only a short time of use, the filter clogged up on the second unit I purchased. I got a plumber to inspect it, and they said it’s no longer working properly. Given the price I paid, I expected a bit more durability. I reached out to customer support, and they were extremely helpful! They quickly assisted me and arranged for a replacement. I’m so grateful for their excellent service, and I’m looking forward to using the product again. Thank you for resolving the issue so efficiently!
