Great bag.
Excellent bag! Seriously comfortable to wear, easy to pack. Highly recommend. I ended up exchanging for a larger size just because of the length of my trip. This would be good for an overnight to two night trip.

Hands free comfort without bulkiness
I like the size and shape for traveling for its efficiency of capacity and manageability for getting around people with minimal bumping. The electronic shape and structure makes it comfortable.

Great little bag
It's a great little bag, but I wish it had a laptop sleeve. I'll put it in my own sleeve and keep it in between the two zippered sides. It's nice that it opens flat and has a mesh area to cover any clothes I'll be taking with me on my trip.

Very nice, well organized, small travel backpack.
Beautiful colors and very well designed, but I returned it for a 28L size on sale at another retailer. I wanted it for travel and felt the 20L was a tad too small for my purposes. But if you want a small travel backpack that is very well organized and a highly rated pack, this may be for you.

Not as comfortable as I was hoping
I like the color options of this brand, however the color I was sent was slightly different than what was pictured and I didn’t like it as much as what I thought I was getting. The straps felt very stiff, but the backpack itself has very little structure so overall it felt awkward to wear. Ultimately I returned it because of the color difference and the strap discomfort.

Absolutely love
This fits so much and is amazing! It’s one of my overnight/ weekend bags that I take for quick trips. I was concerned since a lot of people said they got it for their kids but it’s the perfect size for me.
