This is a cracking wee thing. I was fed up of looking like a hairy Madonna on Teams calls, so I took a chance and ordered this nifty little gadget.Not only did it connect right out of the box, it came with all the relevant cables, which is great!Sound quality is top notch, as it the built-in microphone, although the AI voice telling you it's connected is a little distorted as it's quite loud.I'd totally recommend this to anyone who works from home and uses a docking station, etc. as it negates the need for a headset and is small enough to not take up much desk real estate.

Great office kit. Very clear speaker and certainly loud enough for a 6person mtg room, clear mike pick up. For home office use so much better than laptop speakers. Wireless Bluetooth works seamlessly very pleased with purchase.

Worked great for a week. Bought it to use when agile working at home. Now it doesn't work properly. People can hear me no problem. I can hear it ringing out and when someone rings me. But the moment I answer a call or they answer, I hear nothing. Checked my settings and all ok. Speaker stops working the moment a call is connected. The microphone is working because the person at the other end can still hear me.

At last. I can clearly hear my telephone calls. Simply setup. Great answers from other customers before buying convinced me to do so. I am so grateful for the support, price and the quality of this item. Helps me remain independent with my old age troubles, Thanks.

Have dumped my headset.This little thing is spot on for teams and I use it for all my phone calls as well (via our VOIP system). Would be a nightmare in an open office but for home office / closed office it's great. Not used it much as a conference phone.Doesn't feedback or click or do any of the irritating things.Battery life is fantastic. I just turn it on in the morning and blue tooth to either my work desktop or home laptop - no more having to search for the headset before calls etc.USB connection / charging easy too.Comes with a lovely carry case - I just stick it in my work bag and it's always there.All in all well designed and just works out of the box. I've had mine for 6 months now with no issues.
