Difficult to move ball through maze
I bought this for kids to play with in my clinic and will be returning this one. The little marble ball inside it doesn't glide through the maze easily. I have another one and the ball is kind of squishy as opposed to solid and hard like this one and it glides easily through the maze when pushed, unlike this one. I think kids will be easily frustrated with this.

Sensory toy maze
I'll give it 4 stars because there isn't exactly something wrong with it at all - it's a fluid filled flexible plastic toy with little balls in it that you can push around the maze. There's nothing spectacular about it, but it works as described and isn't terrible either. You might be able to find something similar at Dollar Tree, but this may be slightly better in quality?

Very good idea
Poor execution I think, for those who have fine motor issues with their hands or chronic hand pain. The balls don't move as freely as they should in spots. But otherwise a really neat idea and gets kids or even adults to settle down and focus on something that is at its core simple.

Fun & Engaging
I have a gift basket in my classroom that I allow my students to select from on their birthdays. These gel fidget toys are always grabbed up quickly. The maze makes this one particularly engaging. It's perfect for those little hands that constantly need to be doing something!

Not worth the money
This thing may be worth &1.00. It’s small, cheaply made, and you can barely move the little ball around. Way over priced. Do not waste your money.

An Average Sensory Marble Maze
This Sensory Marble Maze Mat has some interesting features but falls short overall. The marbles are actually very small rubber balls in a gel-filled maze. They are difficult to manipulate through the maze while holding it. It is easier to push the balls along the paths when the mat is on a hard flat surface. My wife, an elementary school counselor ordered it as a stress relief tool for the calming corner in her office. Her students enjoy the novelty at first, but their interest fades quickly. While it's an okay fidget item, it doesn’t hold attention long enough to be a favorite.

Quiet, calming, almost addicting.
The media could not be loaded. As a soothing sensory toy, squishing the little yellow ball through the gel maze works quite well. It's great for fidgeting, calming, distraction, etc.One side has little farm-themed pictures along with the maze; the other side just has the maze. I prefer the plain side - it's easier to see the ball you're going after. A little kid would probably like the pictures, though.I mentor a young lady who has been through trauma, and I think she will appreciate having this to fidget with when we have serious discussions. And I wish I had something like this back when my daughter was little and needed to sit still and be quiet!

Almost great
I like the idea of this maze. It can help keep little hands busy, especially for things like car rides or times when they need to be quiet.I've made fidget mazes with marbles, so I'm very familiar with the concept behind this item. There's a few big differences with this maze.First off, this is clear vinyl with printed pictures and filled with what I hope is water. This is a BIG consideration for people. You need to think about your home and where this will be used. Do you have pets in the house? This needs to be kept away from pets. If your child is a chewer, this might not be the item for you. Not only is there unknown water inside, there are two small plastic balls that could easily be swallowed. I don't think pets would have any problems chewing this open in an eye blink.Do you plan on leaving this in the car? It is likely to melt some in a super hot car. At minimum, the water temp could get too warm for a little one's hands. That being said, I think this could be a hard maze for very young ones. The maze space is very narrow and it isn't easy to push those balls through. It might loosen up a bit as it gets played with, but it's a tight fit new.Overall, the IDEA is good. But it needs more work in actual design and execution.
