Q: Can I use it for partials that are metal and acrylic, will it damage them

Hi there, Thank you for your question. The product uses a UV-C light which has been independently laboratory tested and certified to kill 99.9% of bacteria on dry surfaces within the steriliser. So yes the sterilisation process can work on a range of mouthpieces including metal and acrylic. As ever, we recommend you do cycles of the steriliser, flipping your item in the middle . External 11cm x 10cm x 5cm Internal 6cm x 9 cm x 3cm Inside is shaped like a wide open mouth so 9cm is max width Hope that helps 😀

Q: Does this work on a valplast denture

Yes, I use it in conjunction with the cleaning solution my dentist gave me for them

Thank you for the question. The DentaDenta UV Steriliser uses an electric light to create UV rays which kill 99.9% of bacteria on your mouthpiece. As the unit is powered by AA batteries we do NOT recommend using water with the DentaDenta Steriliser. In terms of sterilising and sanitising dentures, the UV rays do this. DentaDenta is not designed to be used with liquids. The UV rays and portable nature of the product do make it ideal for travel and portable use, without the need for tablets, liquids or mess.
