HOW AWFUL THIS ITEM IS
THIS ITEM WAS USED. I CAN SEE THROUGH IT AND IT WILL NOT FIT INTO THE WINDOW WITHOUT ME PLACING MY WALKING CANE YO HOLD IT UP. IT'S AWFUL.

It's thin material, but holds once you put the visors on it. I misread the ad and thought it was specific for Volvo, but I think it would work in many types of vehicles.

Very thin material, don't expect a long life out of it..
I ordered this for my wife's 2024 Volvo XC-40. I know it is not specified for that model but most of the time these shades are universal fit anyway. I figured we would take a chance as the XC-60 can't be that much different than an XC-40 windshield. As summer was fast approaching here in Texas a windshield cover is a must.After receiving it I realized pretty quickly that this is a cheap off brand product. The material is very thin and will probably only last a year before the wires start to poke through and then it is time to get a new one. For this price if it lasts longer than a year, I will be fine with it.It fit her XC-40 OK, but not as well as I had hoped. You just use your sun visors to hold it up anyway. I have used many of these types of covers so twisting it into a coil that fits in the bag that comes with it is not a big deal. They should provide some instructions for those that have not used this style before, but I think most people can figure it out.If I find one that is specific to her XC-40 I will replace this one, but for now it will do the trick and help keep the car cool in the Texas heat. Also, it keeps the interior from fading and cracking due to long term sun exposure.Would I recommend this windshield cover? No not really, due to how thin the material is and no instructions of how to fold it for storage for newbies...

Cheaply Made
The item lasted approximately 2 months. The wire inside snapped. I was unable to reattach. Would not order again!!!!!

Flimsy, no instructions on refolding
You get what you pay for so I wasn't expecting much, and I didn't get much, but I felt compelled to review because there were no instructions provided on how you're supposed to refold the two big circles into the much smaller circle bag, which would not be a big deal except that the only way to keep it from expanding is to fold it into the bag.Spend a $10-$20 extra and get something that's actually useful.

A little on the thin side, but works
Actually thought this would fit my Volvo S60, but it's a little on the large side. That's my fault as it does say XC60-XC90. Still, it works. I just hold it on both ends and twist into a kinda figure 8, and it folds easily for me. The material is pretty thin though. I've been using for a couple of months and I suppose after daily folding and unfolding there are some tiny spots that are almost see-through now. For its low price, I still think it's good enough for the right vehicle.
