My daughter LOVES her new drawing tablet. This was in her birthday wish list. Great price for the easy kid profile set-up, the pre-installed apps, accessories, and quality of the tablet 👌. I also love the fact that she can use for remote learning days with Google Class and Google Meet. I can also monitor and see her usage from my phone. Great buy!

This is the second SIMBANS product we have purchased and have been pleased with both. My daughter uses the tablet daily for art and school. She is able to create beautiful, detailed art with the apps that come pre-installed. The tablet was very easy to setup, is easy to use, functions great, and is of good quality. Any issues we have had have been addressed promptly and we are beyond pleased with the service we have received.

This was for my granddaughter and she loves it!! Delivery was fast, product was in excellent condition and I couldn't be happier.

Sorry, this is not good. All the" extra" programs available, are actually essential, but you have to buy, otherwise you get ads every 30 seconds, you can't work, it's too disruptive, so to make the ads go away, you have to buy the add Ons. Thats not fair, so I sent it back.

Item needed repair. The company sent a label and replaced the unit with a new one. They stand behind their products.

This is a nice tablet as far as I have been able to use it but the screen has developed a problem support is verry hard to reach and a lot of hoops to go threw to even start a claim to get repaired or replaced don't know if anyone else has had problems with the screen going blank but hope not
