Make your own spring rolls
I think they are called Singapore rolls but whatever they are I bought these as I have watched a few you tube videos and they look fairly simple. As soon as I got them I made two types. The first was a simple filling of carrots, peppers onions and herbs with a soy sauce dip. Turned out okay ish but need to improve my rolling it up skills.Second batch was a filling of spicy jackfruit in a hoisin sauce and I put these into an air fryer after a quick spritz of oil. TBH they could have done with a few minutes longer as they were not crispy and I may have put too much filling in but apart from that they were good.Only soak in water to a count of 5 else they will disintegrate too much. They are still fairly firm them but they loosen up quickly
