I don’t usually leave reviews but for this kind of product I feel like it would be helpful. I am on the night of day 2, I have taken one pill each morning the last 2 days. First day I didn't really feel a difference, but on day 2 my stomach was turning all day, no pain, just discomfort. But I will say this, it worked. I have been struggling to go for about 6 months, but by the night time of day 2 I was able to go. First time I went normally in a little over half a year. If I can edit the post I will update how the process continues throughout the rest of the time I take these daily.

I have tried 1000 different probiotics brands to control constant cramping and bloating. They were all scam. Most of them did not do anything and others made my symptoms worse. Eventually I learnt to get my symptoms under control by a very strict diet control. Two weeks ago I had a huge flare and I decided to give this a try based on the heavy research behind it and the fact it is coated to ensure delivery to the colon. I took 2 on day one empty stomach first thing in the morning and while it got rid of the cramps I felt really bloated. I reduced my dose to one per day and that seems to be working for me so far. No bloating or cramping. I take one capsule empty stomach as soon as I wake-up.

No more bloat!!!! I have IBS and have literally suffered from GI bloating for years. Right after I had my gallbladder out, I did well for about a year and then the bloat returned for two years straight, no matter what I eliminated, no matter what probiotics I tried, and not even gas-x helped. Seed has changed my life. This is the first product on Amazon I have a subscription to. If I could give it more stars, I would!

This product you did absolutely nothing for me and I thought this was satisfaction guaranteed and after a week or a week and a half I tried to return the product and was denied. My fiber capsules from Walmart for five dollars a bottle work better than thisI must say that after this review seed contacted me and they are refunding me. I have no doubt it is a good product. It just did not work for me and Amazon would not take it back. I changed my rating from a one to four for this reason.

I have IBS and at other times extreme constipation. I was moody bloated tummy pain and overall miserable. My boyfriend was concerned esucated me on the importance of gut health. He recommened his magic pill which has made bathroom time less difficult and embarrassing. I'm not messing with my gut health again and having the item on subscription makes it all the better.

This is the best pre/probiotic product on the market. My body almost immediately shows the positive effects of taking this daily. Bloating goes away within the first week and i feel overall better. Ive been taking this consistently for 6 months. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for a prebiotic/probiotic supplement!

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

Okay.I really wanted to love this product.I’ve heard amazing things about it from my friends as well as online community.However this product isn’t for me.I’ve never had problems with my stomach the way I did when I was taking this.They do warn you that first few days might be uncomfortable but for me it’s been three weeks of pure discomfort and pain. Bloating. Not able to go to the restroom as well.I gave it a fair chance for 3 weeks however I stopped using it since it’s making me feel sickerUnfortunately I just think it’s not for me.
