This flour is a favorite because it's delicious! I highly recommend it. It bakes up beautifully and is such high quality. The taste is the best I've ever tried. I always thought all flours were the same until I tried this one. I can't explain it, you just need to try it. Especially good in a dough with yeast. I'm not sure but I think the yeast likes this flour or something. The end result was incredible. Thank you for continuing to offer!

Perfect for homemade bread
Since I bought my bread maker, we have been looking to try some French flour since it is less processed than the US counterparts. This is delicious flour and we did notice that it had an impact on digestion. Will be buying more in the future!Cheers

Make great food and feel good when you eat it!
We don’t consume a lot of flour, but when we do it’s French flour. Unlike US flour, this is organic, no GMO’s, etc. I used it for baking during Christmas, great taste and texture. Best of all, I never felt bloated. This flour is more expensive, but worth every penny.

Great for bakers trying to get away from GMOs
I tried this French flour because of digestive and GMO issues with US wheat. It worked wonderfully for sourdough bread and was a big hit. The gluten development and flavor were great, even as an amateur baker.

Product is excellent, packaging is awful
The flour is simply the best ! But when Amazon sends it, the outer packaging has been treated with a foul-smelling spray. I was hesitant to open the plastic wrap that surrounded the paper bags of flour. When I did, the outer bag still had a faint chemical smell. I quickly transferred the flour into another container. It was okay then. I have purchased this flour from other websites and it never arrived with an awful smell. Yes, the cost is better on Amazon, but the worry that the flour is contaminated from that outer spray will force me to shop elsewhere for that wonderful flour.

Beautiful flour, I can eat again!!
I've been GF for 12 long years. I went to Spain last month and could eat real pastries and bread again! It was life changing. (I'm not Celiac, but pretty darn close. Very immediate reaction to gluten.)When I came home to the US I immediately ordered some of this European flour. Not only does it bake beautifully--a lot of air--but I can eat it. 😋 I'm so happy!

So good!
I was skeptical about the reviews and thought they were snobbish comments. But I have been had hard time to make decent baguette using US flour. I tried so many different kinds flours to no avail. But this one is an instant success. I finally made baguette starting like the ones I got in France. I definitely still has a long way to go with my baguette, but this flour surely put me on the right track. It even looks and smells so much better. It had this beautiful pale amber color to make me want to taste it raw.Get this flour!!

Great flour and the T55 is excellent for making breads.I use this flour for baking and all sorts of uses

Problem with shipment
The product is good but the seller failed to ship the correct amount and I am still waiting the rest of outstanding shipment. Very disappointed!
