Great deal
Great deal on this 055. And you get two spare quick release plates. Brand new. Quick prime shipping. Should have gotten this a long time ago. Finally something that can handle the heavy rig shown in the pics even turned 90 degrees without moving. This is not a lightweight tripod which is what I was looking for. Will be putting it through it’s capabilities in short order.

Very Stable
Easy to adjust, once set it is solid. Ball mount does not loosen or wobble under pressure/heavy weight.

Lacked Monfrotto QR code needed for registration
The tripod itself looked perfect when it arrived. However, when I went to register the product with Manfrotto, it was missing the needed QR code. I opened a ticket with Manfrotto and they indicated that they would not honor the 10 year warranty without the QR code. Sadly, I returned the tripod to Amazon. My photo shows the location on the right where the QR code should be. This was from the label on the box. This area was "painted out" and thus no visible QR code.

Well made, versatile, fair value for the price. A bit heavy but it makes for a stable platform.

Highly Recommend!
Absolutely fantastic! I’ve been using a tripod that I thought was sturdy, but this is very sturdy making the photos tack sharp.
