I really like this supplement. Been taking this for more than a month now and I do see some improvement on my skin, it does feel more hydrated and supple and will be great this winter time. I take this at night time. This do cause red coloured stool so don't get shock. Does not cause me any upset stomach, easy to swallow and no after taste. Love this will will definitely continue taking this supplement.

The media could not be loaded. Some astaxanthin's are faked just to note, best to google how to test if astaxanthin is real or fake as I'm not allowed to type it here. When in actual fact they contain far less in the dose than stated. This might be good because it says it comes with olive oil. We take astaxanthin for a few things like protecting against alzheimer, atheltic performance, eyesight, immunity, aging skin, muscle soreness from exercise, and then some. The list goes on because this is one of the best antioxidants in the world.I took two stars off because of the price 27 quid for 50 days worth take 1 per day with a meal, I think it's low dosed for me length wise it should be a 3 month thing for 12mg. I don't notice any benefits from the first 2 months and I've taken 42mg of astaxanthin which I'm used to but of that is 10% astaxanthin.12mg is typically 5% astaxanthin I believe, but I would like this product to display how much % it has as 42mg provided me with 10% in the past. I did like how easy it is to swallow though, and the ingredients are good, I don't see any bad ingreidents like magnesium stearate, I neither like or dislike this product it's in the middle right now for me, if I notice changes in my vision etc.. I will update this review in 50 days.

This is a good quality Astaxanthin.It uses Astareal which is meant to be a superior brand of Astaxanthin.Astaxanthin has numerous health benefits and normally you would take it with a meal with fat in it but they have also included some Extra Virgin Olive oil in the softgel capsules which is good.They say they do third party testing of these which is good to see. Overall it appears to be a good supplement.

Do some research on this supplement and may be able to help a lot of conditions. I have found this product to be highly effective, and of good quality and it works very well. I take one in the morning and you can slowly feel it working. The quality is good and I am therefore happy to recommend it to anyone who needs it. This brand works.

I’ve taken astaxanthin for almost years. I first learned about it when researching omega 3. It was referred to as internal sunscreen. I notice my eyes are less dry, and I get complimented on my skin when I take it consistently. Apparently like supplements collagen and msm it contributes to aging gracefully and reducing wrinkles. This is just as good as my regular brand and cost the same amount.Hope that helps

I've taken astaxanthin before as it is said to help with many things including skin, brain function and muscle fatigue, I didn't really feel any benefit last time, but you never know these might have a better formulation which helps. I felt that if I were buying this brand regularly it might become expensive at £27 for 50 tablets. If it is a case of getting what you pay for though then I'd certainly consider them.
