Taste great
Taste great, not sure if it's helping or placebo but will update when I use more frequently. I do notice the ashwaganda in it though since I've taken supplements of that before.

Helped my asthmatic son A LOT!
I got these for my son because he has asthma and recently got a cold which has resulted in a very bad cough which got very bad at night to the point where he couldn't sleep. The product arrived in the morning after a rough night of relentless coughing and I gave my son 2 of these gummies. Throughout the day he wasn't coughing much but I was really waiting to see how the night would go because that's when it would get REALLY bad. On the FIRST NIGHT after taking 2 gummies that day, he slept the whole night with no coughing! I was so happy! And even in the morning he only had a few minor coughs. These gummies have brought him so much relief I am so grateful! Very glad we ordered these.

Taste
I was happy with the taste of these, I haven’t taken them long enough to see if they help my phlegm problem, from Asthma & long COVID… I’m at least doing something natural to Eli the problem though!

I took these gummies for 3 days and had to stop due to insane rashes all over my body that I still have after almost 3 weeks after taking them. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Noticeable difference!
I’m really happy with these so far; been taking them for about two weeks and I noticed a difference after a few days. I take 2-4 per day, like their taste and texture and noticed breathing better and seems to be helping me quit smoking because I don’t like/notice the smell more and the overall experience isn’t what it used to be. I also think these have an expectorant effect which is good for my lungs/throat too.
