This is a well constructed support strap. It is not bulky or thick, meaning you could wear under your trousers. Also has very good stitching and in general, well made.The only thing I did not like about it, is the tongue of the strap that loops back over the velcro is not long enough imo. It works but takes a little extra time to grab hold of it.ALSO... make sure your diagnosis will actually work with this type of pressure support. I had one for my tendinitis on my elbow and it worked like a charm.I have arthritis in my knee, and really nothing to do with my minuscule or patella, so this did not help .. and I returned it. But it is a well made product and think it could really help if it meets your conditon.

The product works as advertised in the description. I received the item on time and I am satisfied with the product. I highly recommend this product for people with pain in their knees. I run a lot and wearing this has helped ease off my pain in my knee.

They help and were not noticeable to others. I have some arthritis in knee area. The straps are very well made, comfortable, do not slip (bowling) and do not show or constrict my pants that are not like tights or jeans (Perfect Fit, straight leg by LLBean). I do not think my calves are particularly large. I think the straps could be a little longer. The padded area is good.Update: Ordered the second one and am using both during bowling. Mostly using to prevent any pain later in the week. One thing I have learned, do not buy any strap where the padding to absorb shock, etc. is narrow across the front of the knee. The padded area does not do what this one does. This pad has a padded area that is somewhat flat and wider than another one I bought.

This babe saves me every single day.. it's comfortable and stays in place. I have s bad knee but with this I have Support right where I need it. I tried do many others that roll down, get to tight and hard to wear all day. I will be ordering another one for back up. I'm grateful I found this.. you will be too.

by far the best knee support I have tested. the silicone spongy pad distributes the pressure on your knee gently but firmly (with adjustable strap) to stablilize laxity of my knee ligaments following surgery. this laxity causes rubbing of the femoral and tibial heads (ouch) when I am walking on uneven ground or turning which can twist (torque) the knee elements. FIVE PLUS stars!

This strap stays in place better than other traditional Cho-Pak straps, which tend to slip down the leg.Very comfortable and thin enough to easily fit inside jeans.

Had ACL reconstruction with allograft donor past Spring. Was still having pain in area below the knee and my PT suggested one of these. Works good for walking. Don’t wish the strap would come in bigger size as I had a lot of swelling and would have to hold my tongue just right to get it secured on.

Love this. I injured my knee after working out and this bad boy helped relieved the pressure on my knee and provided support. I have large legs and wear it over my pants and it stays in place for all day.
