Not an exact replacement
Latch is made of significantly thinner material and much lighter than original equipment. Bolt holes are metric so to use original 1/4-20 bolts you'll need to retap the bolt holes in the latch. Fortunately there's enough metal there to do that. Other than that latch is basically functional.

Installed in November and only open my tailgate once a month or so to check fluids and it broke within 6 months

It works
Wasn’t expecting much with the low price but bolted right on and worked right away, the pin that bolts on the body still needs adjustment but it’s getting dark.I can throw the tie down strap away now👍🏻.The one difference on my 2000 753 was the factory bolts were 3/8” head and this new latch needed 10mm headbmetric bolts that were not provided in the box. A non-issue.Also, The factory bobcat tailgate lock assy now works as it should again.
