I ordered this to assist with therapy exercises recommended by my doctor for Tennis Elbow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, however I found it to be a perfect fit for the size of my hand, if not slightly too big, as I can't quite close my fingers all the way around it when it is in my palm - I can just touch my thumb to each of my fingertips, but can't quite make a full fist. For reference, I am an adult female, 5'3" with fairly small hands (I usually wear size small or medium gloves), so this probably wouldn't hold true for a man with very large hands. I do like the material, as I think it has a better feel and will be more durable than the gel-type ones, and much easier to keep clean. It is firmer than I expected, making it a little tougher to squeeze than I anticipated, but I think that will actually benefit me; I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I got the blue color, which is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy, and hopeful this will help heal my messed up elbow.

This ball is intended to assist with grip strengthening. I anticipate needing its help with that after my upcoming carpal tunnel surgery. This device will strengthen my grip after that event and beyond. For the moment, I'm content having it around to squeeze as that brings with it a calming sensation, plus it's good for light hand exercise prior to surgery. Since I don't want my left hand to feel left out, I give it a turn with the ball as well. It's all good, and the firmness of its resistance to squeezing promises that I'll be able to measure progress after surgery. it's a nice ball and fun to squeeze. I already like it a lot.

I have tried quite a few different hand therapy tools for stress, fidgeting and pain related issues. The serenilite is quite impressive. The size is perfect for my hand, the inner gel material gives just the right level of resistance, the exterior shell is pleasant to the touch and does not promote sweating. It has superior shape retention, meaning its lifespan is probably longer than most products and clearly is not meant for simple manual manipulation. For that, fill a latex glove with fresh coffee grounds and save yourself some money. I also find it has a nice weight to it...it makes you want to invent a sport dedicated to it. It even has a pretty good bounce! The only down side is that it comes in so many colors!!! Makes you want them all.

Good quality stress ball

I like the quality fabric, and the inner material itself is good quality too feels and just what I was looking for.

My ball arrived in highlighter orange not the mustard color on site. I was very confused when I only received one ball. The web page offered a set of 3 for more $ or ostensibly a pair, which is what I thought I was buying. Squeezability feels good. Surface fabric is a bit slippery for doing “scissors” exercise. Not sure how I can report this deceiving advertising. Maybe through the Amazon page.

These balls are great to help strengthen hands without the pressure that hand grips have. Seems to be easy!

Broke two bones in my hand a few months back and purchased this for strengthening and mobility of my hand! Ball is not too soft and also not too hard to squeeze. This ball is perfect for stress or recovery from a hand injury!

I always have one of these at my desk now, it takes a fair beating but remains still round and working well so very durable.I bought it on a whim but found it really helps when I'm having a tough day. I liked it that much I bought further ones for friends and family.

Feuer ich gerne mal durch die Wohnung, wenn ich genervt bin.Bisher ist noch nichts kaputt gegangen haha.Aber liegt auch so gut in der Hand.

Forse ho le dita poco muscolose, ma per me è troppo dura, forse mi stressa ancora di più perchè non riesco ad affondare le dita :)
