Seems to work so far.
When we adopted a 6 month old Yorkie mix our vet declared that he had nice big teeth and we shouldn't expect problems with them. I have had medium sized dogs and went through a time when I brushed their teeth regularly but it didn't seem to make a difference. Because of that and this little guys attitude about having his mouth inspected we didn't bother with brushing. At age 7 I noticed some of his front teeth had a little wiggle to them. The vet said don't worry, that's normal. Six months later we moved to another city and got a new vet and upon checkup determined that he needed a few teeth pulled! A few turned to 13! Once he healed I took to brushing religiously and adding a plaque preventative to his water. One year later out come another 6 teeth. Since then I have been using Plaque Off and the results are impressive. There is very little build up on his teeth after 3 months of using this alone. I suspect that together with brushing might be even better but his mouth is small, he is 13 pounds of squirm and my mitts are too big so it doesn't get done well.

It really works!
I was skeptical, my dogs teeth where horrible and their breath just as bad. When my vet told me that they will need dental cleaning at a cost of more than a thousand dollars, I decided to give this a try. I am so happy I did, my dogs teeth are practically 90% cleaned than they’re where before - with gross tartar build up years in the making. I only wish I would’ve taken the before and after pictures to show. I have not finished the second bottle and I have two dogs, but I will be buying this product on a regular basis. One of my dogs is 55 lbs so she gets 2 little spoonfuls and the other one is 16 - she gets 1 daily. The breath still smells a little - but not as bad as before, I guess normal dog breath if that’s a thing. In short buy this, use it consistently and you will see the difference!

Product actually works
Very surprised it works as well as it does. My dogs breathe actually smells pleasant….sort of.

My dog has a sparkling smile thanks to PlaqueOff!
Bought it last summer because my rescue pup hated getting her teeth brushed. Just a scoop on her food daily and her teeth are beautiful. Took her for her annual vet check last week and the vet was impressed by how clean her teeth are. My Pekingese is 3 1/2, and the vet said she has the teeth of a puppy. I highly recommend this product!

Does it woek? I'm not sure.
So I've been using this for about a year, although I will admit that at first I was probably using half of the amount listed for a variety of reasons; health concerns with the 'seaweed' iodine compatibility in older does, (first picture of 12 yo, other two are 9 yo dog). And only in the past few months have I increased to a one scoop size as recommended for dogs 12 to 15 pounds. We just got back from the vet for teeth cleaning (costing an arm and a leg - couple of thousand - no I don't have 'pet insurance' but does that really cover existing dental?)In any case, I found the combo of this and a couple of other gel products to use at night seems to make it slightly easier to scrape off some of the buildup. But it doesn't come off on its own. Back teeth are more difficult. Wish my two liked to chew on actual hard dog items instead of gobbling down what are supposed to be 'dental chews'.But word to the wise, you get a puppy? even a kitten? Start to acclimate them to having their mouth touched and teeth wiped at a VERY young age. Beats getting punctured later when you try to do this later in their life.

It Works! My Very Selective Cats Don't Notice it! Vet Said Teeth GOOD!
It looks like I first ordered this back in July of 2023, and I've gotten it about 6 times. At first I gave it to my cat whose teeth we can't go near. She'd had one cleaning and some removals, and I hoped she wouldn't need another cleaning because anesthesia is so dangerous in general for everyone. This was a year after her cleaning and after the vet said if we upped our cleaning of her teeth (which we'd never actually done because she will not allow it), she could last another year. So I gave her one scoop a day for almost a year (her checkup was in May), and the vet said her teeth looked good. I was so excited. I was so relieved. Also, all her blood test results were excellent. The biggest triumph though was my other cat. She has genetically awful teeth, I think. We do clean them once a week. She doesn't have a ton left. Her one intensive cleaning where a lot had to be pulled out (she is adopted) was probably 2017 or 18. The weekly teeth cleaning we do (which is complicated and involves a process) was not really enough, and the vet in 2022, I think, said it would be sad to have to do a cleaning on so few teeth, but it was looking like it would be necessary.I did not think she would take the supplement, but around December of 2023, I noticed her teeth had that terrible look and smell starting again. Despite increased scrubbing (we only do once a week because she hates it so much and we're lazy wimps), I saw it again a bit later. I was so worried about her having to have anesthesia, so worried. So I tried a teensy bit of the supplement. She didn't notice. I increased it to the full amount but I don't always give it to her daily since she's smaller (I do the full amount when she starts a new can of food--so every two or three days, as she's a persnickety eater).I felt like my rare glimpses of her few back teeth were better, but I was ecstatic when the vet said her teeth looked good! I even asked him to repeat it. He did. Yay! Her blood tests were also excellent. This is the first time I've ever been told their teeth were actually GOOD.And before this, in the 10 or so years these two amazing felines have lived with me, I have tried SO MANY teeth supplements that they would not partake of. SO MANY. Probably thousands of dollars worth. Maybe just hundreds. I don't know. But a lot! A lot. So that in itself is a triumph.

Helps, but not perfectly
Works well, but not perfectly. Knocked breath stink from 8 down to 4 on scale of 10. Dog doesn’t even know stuff is on food.
