I was very excited to purchase this sauna jacket/shirt. I'm on a weight loss quest and wanted something to aid in that process! Yesterday was the first day that I used the sauna jacket/shirt when I did my workout. The sweat immediately started rolling down my back and stomach. It definitely does what it is supposed to do! This is a go to product for my 3x a week workout regimen. Great fit and it's true to size! Highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to see more results from their workouts.

I usually wear XL in clothes, due to other experiences, I ordered a 2XL. It fit me not loose, but not tight. I can still move around fairly easy. It does make you sweat though, especially if your outside in 95° weather at 7am.

I wore this to the gym and I was dripping sweat. My wrists were so wet from the sweat dripping down my arms. It’s perfect for the price and very stylish! Must buy! I bought a M and it’s tight fitting. If you want a looser fit, I’d say to size up.

Today was the first day that I used the sauna shirt when I did a 60 minute workout. I felt the sweat rolling down my back within the first 5 minutes. I will definitely be wearing this daily as I workout. Loved the fit. Would definitely recommend. True to size
