Love the foot rest and recline
I am so happy I got this chair. I've had it for a month now and I use it for work about 5 hours per day. I got the material version so there is no heat. The massage is nothing much, just vibration and I don't use it much.I love the locking recline feature and the footrest. I actually often sit criss cross with my legs on the footrest and find it very supportive. Like other reviews mentioned the arm rests jiggle a bit. As I'm typing while on the chair, this has not been much of an issue and it's just the right armrest on mine. I found it fairly easy to put together and all the parts were there. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Keep scrolling, this one sucks
I wish I could give this chair less than one star, it’s a piece of crap. I’ve had it less than a year and about 6 months into that the entire arm of the chair broke off. Now the chair feels like the base is breaking from the bottom of the chair. I’m not an above average sized person, I don’t do crazy things while seated in my chair, it’s never been dropped or knocked over. Don’t waste your money on this one!

Comfortable chair but welds broke
Have had the chair since August 2023. Was happy with it until recently when the welds broke on the piece that holds the seat in position. Now my chair is wobbly. I weigh ~200lbs, and per the chair's description above:"𝐁𝐈𝐅𝐌𝐀 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 & 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Built to last, this chair features a robust metal base, certified by BIFMA for superior durability. It supports up to 𝟑𝟎𝟎 𝐥𝐛𝐬."I opened a product issue, we'll see if HOMREST replaces the part with the broken weld or if I have to buy a new chair.

Over all it's a good chair
This is a pretty good chair. The seat cushion is very comfortable. The reclining feature is nice to stretch your legs out from working all day. The only down side is the massage feature. The massager work well but the hard nodes don't have much padding on them. Over a little time, they start to hurt your back since the padding is so thin over them. I've had to put a small blanket over them so they don't press in my lower back. In hindsight, I should have gotten the regular one that didn't have the massage option as I don't use it that much and it wouldn't hurt my back. Still it is a good chair with the minor flaw I mentioned.

Great Comfortable Chair
This chair is comfortable and it looks good. The pull out footrest slides out easy. The full recline is really comfortable as well. The assembly was slightly bit more work than other chairs but I appreciate the fact that instructions were easy to follow and that they include an allen key with a grip that makes it so much easier to use than the usual L shaped ones. I think it's worth its price.

It's okay
This chair was fairly easy to put together, it might look overwhelming at first but just manage one step at a time and you'll have it together in no time. It's pretty comfortable and the foot rest and reclining is amazing when you're sitting for long periods of time.I do however have a couple complaints. The massager feature has a setting for 15 or 30 mins however it shuts off after only 7 mins and you have to restart it if you want it to continue. The other thing is after only 2 weeks of use (maybe 4 hours a day) it started squeaking everytime you move. This can be quite annoying if you're trying to concentrate. So if you're someone who needs absolute silence while working on the computer or you lose your train of thought because of a sudden squeak I wouldn't recommend this chair. But if you're okay with the squeaks I would probably recommend this chair. It's not a bad chair, I just feel for the price it shouldn't squeak and the massager should stay on for the time you set you too.Are these deal-breakers for me, no, not exactly however had I known it was gonna happen I wouldn't pay as much as I did.

Dont waste your money
Horrible product. With less than 3 months use already damaged and titled to one side. It also gave me terrible backaches.

Four months and it won't stay up
Pros: Love the comfort, feel and look of the chair. Didn't come with power cord which customer support quickly rectified.Cons: I can barely feel the heat. The cords get in the way of rolling. It's not a massage chair as advertised; it only vibrates. And here's the deal breaker: After about 3 months of daily use, the hydraulic cylinder no longer works to keep the chair up at my preferred height. I constantly sink every day. I'll have to buy a hose clamp or pvc pipe to fix it. For a $200 chair I would've expected it to last longer than 3 months. Very disappointed.
