I like this product, it does what it says it will do but after using it one day the top is loose and will not stay on. I used it about six times total. My wife wanted to try it so I washed it in soap and water, dried it out and put it back together, handed it to her and the top blew off, put it back together and the top is not tight or will it stay on, if you lay it down the top falls off.This is built real good but the top is the thing that is bring it down to be useless, they need a screw on lid, not twist and turn. I am not going to put tape on it to keep the top on after the high price that was paid for it.I gave it three stars as it does what is supposed to do and the quality is very nice but took off three stars because of the top. I had high hopes for this too. Change the top to a screw on top and I might purchase it again.I bought this May 5 in the afternoon and May 7 at 10 am the top popped off. I am returning it so Beware that you might have the same problem.I returned it and purchased the Tilcare, it has three balls and a screw on top so you don’t have to worry about the top not staying on. And it was 25 dollars lower in price.

I used this for about 1 minute, the first time. It forced me to cough a really deep cough. I spit up deep brown sputum with blood. since I hadn't used it nearly four minutes, I tried again. The same thing happened. The next day I tried again, but the cough wasn't as strong. That-s ok. My lungs were more clear than they had been in years. I felt like I could breathe. No elephant sitting on my chest. I use it most days, but I'm just not as congested as I was. It does help me keep my breathing up to par. Is it worth what I paid. yes and no. It should be priced at about $15-$20. But what's it worth being able to breathe without congestion? I feel taken advantage of - but on the other hand, i can breathe. That doesn't leave you feeling good about this company.

Pretty decent ‘non-drug’ option for lung health. You do need to follow the directions to get the desired effect. It does what it is advertised to do. It loosens phlegm and makes it easier to get rid of it. The price is a little over the top for a simple thing that it is. But I believe worth while. Its easy to clean, and over all a good solution for easier breathing.

This device does what it states it does. It helps loosen mucus in your lungs so you can cough the mucus out.The only issue I have is the top clear plastic cover where the steel ball is easily comes off so you really have to be gentle when placing the device down on something. If you don't the clear plastic piece comes off and the little steel ball goes rolling down onto the floor. Aggravating. Kind of ruins the usage of the device if you are always running after the little steel ball.

I am asthmatic and with the fires, air quality and stress of my job and life, I have had to limit my activities. I noticed there were negative responses, but I felt it was worth a try.It worked as indicated on the instructions. Using it was a very small learning curve. It brought up and cleared flem from lungs, as noted, plus left me with the ability to have a deep clean inhale afters use with clear breathing for several hours.I have been a martial artist for over 70 years and and found that the low breathing technique, as described, was similar to techniques i have used in traiining and meditation. When breathing high in the lungs it didn't work as well.So far after about 2 weeks, it helps clear the tightness in my lungs from the asthma. Very simple and easy to use. I use it 2 to 3 times a day. This product has been working for me but sadly my young cat stole the plastic insert for a toy and I have been unable to find it, making the device useless. The seller was no help. Said they don’t carry replacement parts and advised I would have to contact Airphysio. I would expect a seller to stand behind its product and if necessary contact the manufacturer for assistance. No offer of that. Too bad as the device seems to be a good one.UPDATE: after Airphysio offering no help other than if I pay $20 shipping they would send me the part……the seller MedHealth contacted me to tell me they are sending a whole new device. Free! Wow.

I had bronchitis for over two months and it kept getting worse. My chest was so tight if I was leaning back on anything I couldn’t breathe. I had been to the doctor three times and had been given antibiotics and steroids. It had gotten to the point I could barely walk through the house without gasping for air. About 2 hours after using the AirPhysio, the mucus in my chest started breaking up. It hasn’t been a pleasant 3 days, but I’ve continued to use it every 2-3 hours and I am so relieved. I can take a deep breathe now and even finish a yawn. It’s the best $70 I’ve spent all year. Thank you AirPhysio!

You'll find reviews here that say this product doesn't work. I'm here to blatantly insult the intelligence of those people as this works exactly as advertised. You just need the correct angle and exhalation pressure to get it to work.I'm not thrilled with the price, but since it works ....It helped clear the morning congestion with just a few breaths.

Fantastic device, easy to use and works for all, from people recovering from chest infections to athletes strengthening their lung capacity.

I reviewed this for 6 months before purchasing, but with everything people's views will always vary. I have a lung condition, so eventually thought I'd buy it. After a month I can say it didn't help me at all so it was a complete waste of money, but had I not bought it, I'd still be wondering. I've binned it. I can't give it even one star, but this wouldn't allow my review unless I gave it something.
