Unfortunately, as a beginner, I really struggled with this rope.✅ Pros:AffordableComes as a set of twoTangle-free design❌ What Didn’t Work for Me:The rope is very lightweight, which made it hard to feel the rhythm or build consistency.I kept messing up and couldn’t quite find my flow.After some research and watching tutorials from experienced jumpers, I learned that a beaded rope is much easier for beginners. I made the switch and instantly noticed a huge difference.If you’re brand new to jumping rope, I’d recommend starting with a beaded style instead. This one might work better for someone with more experience or who prefers an ultra-light feel.

Sturdy jump rope for great price. Being able to adjust it to my height was a great selling point for me.Jump rope is definitely harder than I remember but a great workout for a busy mom who can only workout between nap times.
