Great for people who don't like swallowing tablet vitamins
I dislike taking tablet folic acid so these gummies were ideal for me. Recommended for ladies trying to conceive or are already pregnant. I do sometimes get an upset stomach taking them but wonder if that's just the dosage and would happen with other vitamins?

Great way to take a supplement
If you feel that you need to supplement on folic acid then I think this is a great way to supplement as I am not keen on pills. But, make sure you keep them well out of the way of children as they taste too pleasant for a medicine.
