Looks nice
I installed this in my Polit 2019 and it works great to organize all the junk we like to keep in our center counsel. It was easy to install, Put it together one piece at a time inside the counsel was the easiest. Now everything is at a simple grab, I like that as I hate digging for things. This was worth buying but the price is a bit steep for plastic, but I am not blaming the seller, I am blaming this crap economy.

It kinda works!
This organizer is decent although over time the dividers turned out to be flimsier than I initially anticipated. I did end up going back to the initial one I purchased which turned out to be user error, less flimsy than this one.

I love that I can keep all my junk organized. It’s kind of a catch all spot in my car… I would definitely recommend it! It’s less cluttered and I don’t seem to just throw everything in it now.

Better than I expected
Fits perfectly, didn't think I would like at first but now that I have used it a little while it works really well. You use both or just one of the cross pieces to adjust the size of the openings. I like having things better organized in the compartment and its quieter as stuff isn't moving around as much.

Close, but not exact fit on 2020 Ridgeline
The vertical piece is spot on, the two horizontal pieces are maybe 1/10-1/8 inch too short which makes those “walls” floppy. It leaves enough room on top for my EzPass and the small upper tray that comes with the vehicle. I’d call it good, not great…

The dividers were easy to install and made great use of the center console space. I’ve owned this car for two years and I wish I’d purchased these dividers earlier.
