A great value for top notch protection! Just remember to keep track of your renewal and read the terms of their auto-renew policy. You can opt in or out at any time by changing the setting. The additional level of tech support and virus removal service is include as long as you are signed up for the auto renewal but you will be renewed at the regular rate which is higher than this initial value. You can chose to simply opt out from the auto renew program a few months before your subscription ends and purchase the software again from a retailer like Amazon at a discounted price. The new subscription will be added to your current subscription so you don't lose anything. They do require a valid credit card on file to activate the auto renewal and upgraded tech support but it will only be charged if you have the program turned on in your settings. There is basic tech support available to help with the installation and to make sure you have the settings adjusted to your preference. I have been a satisfied subscriber for over 10 years and have used both the auto renew and the self install methods.

Gives the required protection that is required to fight the pest of the electronic world. McAfee does well in providing the needed protection and works well, a pain that i wish i would not have to put the energy into dealing with is why i did 4 stars.

Got this because it was cheap. I like Norton better, McAfee seems way more intrusive and often Blue Screens my computer when it tries to auto update itself. I had to turn auto update off, now i just run them manually so as not to get a computer freeze up while i'm doing something important. The quick clean deletes all my favorite websites and passwords so yeah...not real useful. The vulnerability scanner does not give me updated device drivers.

This product was extremely difficult to load. It took three tries before it loaded onto my computer. Once software start operating my computer slowed down. It finally got so bad I decided to delete the program. But the program would allow me to delete it. I called customer service, whose representatives were very helpful, but they were unable to gain access to my computer or the provided solutions by email worked. I spent almost an hour with the first representative, then over an hour with the second. It was like to software new its life was going to be terminated and wasn't going to allow that to happen. The representative told me that my program was good for 5 devices when the box says for 10. The other two computers that we loaded the software on reminds us that we don't have Internet protection. Although the customer service representative said the program was on two of our three computers. I have lost a day out of my life because of the software.I am not a computer guru, but I've never had so many problems loading a program. Never never never never purchase another McAfee product.

I have bought Mcafee Total Protection for the last 2-4 years and other Mcafee AntiVirus Products before. They taught us that you need antivirus software so I have it. I have it for my Windows 10 devices. They keep changing amount of devices. I like the 10 device one or unlimited(discontinued) one. I try to get this on sale. Ease of use is fine. Mcafee Customer service with questions=excellent for me. Had a question, ended up to be a stupid one but they answered it and fixed the issue or setting. It was a setting in the firefox add-ons.

I have a previous program and I like it unfortunately when installing to 3 of my computer it failed on one of them. it said the McAfee download install had a faulty .dll file. it was mcmscins.dll I tried to contact their support but is has been down for some time. I searched for the problem and it appears that McAfee programs have had this problem for years and it has never been resolved. Search of the file and you will see.From the information online McAfee has not attempted to fix the problem. Also you will see that they advertise the software is for 10 devices but it only does five. I have no experience with that yet so I can't confirm or deny it since I haven't gotten it installed yet on all of my computers and devices, but at least one of them it looks like I never will.

I like the many features including low impact of its operation on system resources. The value for this package is Excellent.

El pedido llegó en tiempo y forma, bien empaquetado, solo llegó la caja y dentro no tiene cd, solo una hoja de cartón con la información básica, útil y necesaria para la instalación, muy fácil y muy sencillo, en un lapso de 5 a 10 minutos ya queda instalado, gracias VCP TU SERVICIO MUY BUENO!!!

Me faltó información para poder elegir correctamente el producto que necesitaba. Ahora me aparece que debo de comprar otro producto adicional para estar completamente protegido y poder remover las amenazas.

El producto cumple con lo mencionado en la publicación, el precio es muy justo para proteger de amenazas a 10 equipos a la vez (PCs, Macs, Smartphones y Tablets) durante todo un año, la instalación es sumamente sencilla idioma Ingles ó español. En verdad una muy buena inversión, el envío llego muy pronto como siempre compra fácil y segura con Amazon, la caja llego algo maltratada por el traslado de mensajería, aunque no afecta en nada debido a que trae un cartón dentro del empaque con el código impreso de suscripción, el software se baja desde la web.

A pesar de que dice que es de 2017, funciona perfectamente hoy (Mayo 2019) , el precio fue el mejor que habia visto hasta el momento y se descarga el programa desde internet, por lo que siempre tienes el software mas nuevo del producto con actualizaciones al dia,
