I've used the CO2 filler once and it worked well. This is a first time user thing but when screwing in the cartridge start with the fill valve verified fully shut and then do it fast and continue until it's fully seated without hesitation - it'll leak CO2 will attaching.I did a couple of tests with the patches and I think they want to pop off - the edges came loose as the tube partially inflated. It is possible that more sanding might have been required. I wouldn't use them as permanent patches but I think they'll do fine for a temporary, trail, patch. So, to guard against dried glue, etc. I distributed them in our various breakdown bags.I bought a second one of these so there's that.

I had to use the inflator yesterday and it performed as promised. The valve was precise- it was easy to put just a tiny amount of CO2 in to inflate the naked tube to find the puncture. The cartridge sleeve did a good job of keeping the frozen cartridge from freezing my fingers. The tire I was patching was bigger than one cartridge could fill after using part of the load to find the puncture but changing the cartridge was easy. Two cartridges, the inflator and the patch kit make a small package which is easy to carry. All around, a great system. I would, however, recommend carrying a small bottle of soapy water to aid in finding the puncture.

Great little piece of engineering
Great little piece of engineering. The inflator is small, made out of light weight metal, and feels durable. I have not gotten a flat tire yet, so I have not used it. Just having the CO2 inflator gives me peace of mind that I will be able to inflate my tire anywhere. The inflator fits perfectly in my saddle bag with two CO2 canisters just in case of a real bad day. Don't forget your patches or a spare tube.

Seems to work well, even if the valve adjustment's capabilities was a little exaggerated
Like all CO2 inflators, it is a good idea to practice before sticking it in your bag. cartridges are cheap enough that using up two of them to be sure you can handle it when on the side of the road is worth the cost for the peace of mind. I did this for the Vibrelli when I first got it and I'm glad I did. The adjustment valve is nice, but doesn't give as much control and they make it seem. But I'm happy with a mostly on and fully off setting. At least then, if the tube valve ices over and blocks the air flow (as I have had happen too many times on my old inflator, I can close the inflator entirely and wait a minute or two and start again. Maybe with more practice I could fine tune my adjusting to get the perfect air flow every time to allow it to inflate the tire perfectly every time, but for now, I am content that I won't be left stranded miles from home with a spent cartridge and only a half filled tube.

Awesome product
Bought this for my bike for an emergency and because I didnt want a mini bike pump that would take forever. I had a flat twice and this help alot. What I mainly like about this gadget is its super small and easy to pack

Left me stranded.
I was able to use it once before a small seal in it fell out. I didn't know the small rubber ring fell out until on a ride when I got a flat. At that time I had to flag down another cyclist to help me.

Simple and effective - works as advertised
Simple and effective - works as advertised. At first the 16g cartridge I bought didn't fit but that was a user error. The cartridge screws into the other threaded hole - the one with the rubber cover. My bad - glad I didn't return it!

Not too bad. But
Popped a tube last year a mile from home. Had to hoof it back. Not too bad. But... If I had one of these then, I wouldnt have had that problem.Should have gotten one of these a long time ago. Super small so it fits anywhere. I keep mine in a tiny under saddle tire repair bag. Pump is all metal, no plastic. BIG PLUS! Such a small thing can add a huge amount of confidence to your long rides. Love this little thing! Vibrelli has been around a long time for a reason...they sell good stuff!
